Am I notified if the mission fails what the spy was up to? If not, any spy operation should be treated as if it were the worst possible choice for the nation being spied on, in my opinion. There is no way to tell, as far as I know.
Has anyone received a message yet that a spy mission has failed?
Maybe people who are still fighting in the GW4 aftermath have been spied on by now and one operation must have failed.
Spies are also expensive it cost me 500,000 for 5 of them.

We will be doing a little modification to the charter soon to work in the spies added to the game. Its going to be based around are tech raid policy if not part of it.

People are probably still going to use this to push the alliance joining issue. Just letting you know what you getting into.

Well we are up to 14 members now and thats before the rest of Battlegroup Japan have come over.

A "merger" is when 2 different alliances become a single one.
Kinda like a corporation fusion.

Well the Battlegroup Japan is merging (I think its the right term) with us so we are doing greats.
Is merger the right term when members from one alliance join into another existing one?

I am here today to announce the existence of the North Star Federation. The NSF was originally formed with just me and Dre back in July. It broke up soon after though. We were just not ready yet to run an alliance and Dre missed being in the SE so it never really took off. I decided trying to get an alliance going with only me was just not going to work so I put my NSF plans to rest for maybe a later time.
The NSF started to reform just a few days ago. I was a minister over in SOUL when I contacted Master Chief who was in the NSF with me about the Sept reunion that was going to be held. We both were in the NSF before and discussed how the alliance could be reformed with much more success this time around. Master Chief knew friends who would be willing to come over and help start the alliance back up and the NSF government was remade and the NSF reborn.
We have now been running the alliance with much success. We are more experienced now and we have a lot of great members who have been doing a lot to improve the alliance.
So the NSF is back and is going to be around for a long time. We have all gotten to know each other more and we make a great team. We are all determined in the NSF to succeed and always look out for each other. To us in the NSF whats most important is comradeship. We are not just a bunch of countries that joined under one banner we are a team.

Nightly recap
Today we gained 2 more members. We have a new area in the forums that is private and a fun place to talk in. Its only open at nights. I found out that 99.9% of NSF is Canadian.
We are already starting to develop are own culture I feel. Things should really work out.
Its now really late and I have to go to bed.
