  1. explain. "As you consider raiding a valid means to your ends" does not make sense in conjunction with the rest of your post. I believe you're attempting to ask why nations/alliances that have gone rogue on us don't get the same options as nations we've tech-raided? They do. Why you're assuming they don't is the question.

I don't know, is it that bit at the bottom of your mercy board with 2 ** next to permanent peace with the addendum A** assuming the nation is not rogueing on GOONS?

And if you choose to ignore the top part of my comment, which I believe is blindingly clear to everyone else...you go girl.

  2. Once again, it is one of the ways that the nation can achieve peace (see the pretty pretty flowchart that Sardonic made). And it takes 5 minutes.

BUT FIVE MINUTES IS A WASTE OF TIME you say, yes? IT'S EMBARRASSING you say, yes?

I personally would take a mercy board post to paying any reps at all.

But making your own nation that raided in error do the mercy board reeks of a punitive measure, seeing how your own nation IS at peace with GOONS. Also, try to remember that the nation performing for your entertainment in the mercy board process did not choose to be doing it. YOU raided THEM. Your "defence" of this process is BS of the highest order. There is no way in hell I would ever do anything a GOON asked me to do. I would rather delete from the game. As I am sure many do.

  3. Actually, we have a list exactly like that, and if a GOON were to raid one of those people, they have to give reps to the nation and probably go through mercy as well.

    He explained the difference.

So why make the raiding nation go through the mercy board? Since they are not being attacked by their own allies, I presume it is some form of embarrasing, punitive measure?
