Large nations aren't exactly greedy, they value their aid slots far far more than the cash that occupies them. I wouldn't flinch at paying 6m per 100 tech if the aid slot capacity was increased. Many if not most of the large nations grew up selling tech for 3m/150 or 3m/100. Tech buying is a race of sorts, and if you don't use your aid slots to full effect you fall behind. People are growing faster too, which means they spend far less time selling tech.

Can a submit button be added to this form so browsers without javascript can be used? I noticed this while using lynx through a dumb terminal on vacation (talk about old school). note: If you give the button a 'name' property "submit" it can interfere with the javascript function of same name, so if it needs a name, use something like "submitbutton" instead.

It's possible in 60-80 days, but you'd be better off getting at least a couple econ wonders first.

I thought we weren't counting navy attacks in the tally, because it doesn't directly damage infra, but battle support can change the odds on the other attacks, so it is still worthwhile(assuming either of us runs out of blockade breakers).

Navy attacks were a wash at 1 draw 1 victory 1 defeat each, and we agreed to disregard any future naval attacks, as the only thing that matters is battle support, which is included in the air and ground attacks. my air and ground attacks fared worse, due in no small part to the discrepancy in defcon spy ops, none did infra damage.
