I like see their military disbanded for a period of time, but pZi and disbanding the alliance isn't a good option that just is not elegant . it's my belief ,but who decide the outcome are other peoples .

but also there was nothing in it to declare that they must participate in wars if an alliance of the treaty like to attack other alliaces . all the people who signed the traty well knew that if one of them attack another alliance those alliances are bound to call on their allies .but they never put an article in the traty to make any obligation for them to enter the war in such cases.

I believe the term is completely clear ,If any signatory become under attack you see nowhere mentioned that if any of signatory start a war other signatory have obligation to come to their aid. you can ask the meaning of those lines from any first year student or any prophessor in any law school around the planet earth and they say what i said. and as all the people of Planet Bob emigrated from planet earth culturally and hystorically they also translate it as that unless they have some gain in translating it otherwise .

who declared on Echelon ? you declared on other alliance who were raised in defense of Ordo Verde. so you entered an offensive war. while the other declared on you in defense of the other alliance ,the difference is you are in an offensive war and the others are in defensive war. so let it be agreesor ,but it won't change anything from the law point of view both of them imply a crime. and the reason for the attack was not valid ,they even didn't do it honorabaly ,NPO action was exactly like Assasination they invited OV to talk the disagreement and then while they were talking stab them from backside . I wonder how many alliance echelon declared war on and still they want white peace? and as I recall nobody attacked NPO this war started because NPO attacked another alliance. so let look at article 4.1 which you claim that made you involvement in the war legitimate it say " Should any signatory come under attack, it is mandatory all signatories come to the assistance of the attacked. " but we now NPO didn't come under attack they attacked other alliances so others come to protect OV against an invader.then every body very easily can see that nowhere in your treaty it came if any body have obligation to assist an invader. but you decided to assist them . so any sane mind can conclude that you had other agenda rather than honoring your treaty because the text of your treaty is clear on the matter that you will go to help in defense if they get attacked ,but NPO were the offender not defender and no Law on earth could held you to that treaty.
