It is an option that is set in a user's forum profile. Since the mods have no time to do masks, they just set it to a public option. This allows anyone to select any image for themselves.

Yes and no. If the nation calcels because it is deleted, then there is no message. BUT, if the ruler manually cancels the trade, then yes, you will recieve a message. (Emphasis Mine)

I understand that once a nation sits for yours, you cannot interact. However, my friend has taken a short break from CN and since re-rolled. Can I interact with him again, on his new nation, or does it block that by IP's?

I didn't find anything on his nation name, which happens to be his forum name as well, so I guess he must have been banned before, and doesn't know what to do?

Actually I think it does. IIRC, nations created in the PM have their anniversaries a day after the date of the creation. This was the case for me, however on my 1 year it came and the actual date of creation. Am I wrong in my thinking? -
You probably got attacked between the time when you had them deployed and the time you had zeo left. This doesn't seem odd at all, just bad luck.

If it has not been AUTH-ed within 24 hours after the initial registering, the name will expire and you can try again.

To add on: Clearing cache on Opera: Tools>Delete Private Data>Detailed Options>Check Delete Enitre Cache Google Chrome: Wrench Symbol>Clear browsing data>Check off empty the cache Safari: Edit>Empty Cache These aren't very specific as I am not the best computer whiz, but they should help.

As well, take a look at the Forum Rules, under the Signature section. You are violating these rules and I suggest fixing it before you find you sig 'fixed' for you.

I would think so. War lowers population happiness, slowly having citizens leave. The tanks had the same effect.

I guess I just exoected there to be a forum for that. Some forums for srs bsns and some for chillin'. Not that I'm complaining about this, it just seems like theres a better place for it.....
