  1. Still I can't see how a sanctioned status could be an advantage/disadvantage to power, political and game mechanics. It serves as good promotion for recruitment though. That's is based on my observation on the Citadel alliances.

I see the sanctioned status more like a cosmetics status,... looks good, but doesn't help you if you don't know what you are doing.

I'm neither agreeing or disagreeing with your suggestion or on how you view the competition,... though I am intrigued with how the sanctioned races would be run if it were implemented :) (I am more interested in the team score changes on that topic, since it's an indicator of overall team growth, which could mean the trends for trade potential).

  2. # Federal Aid Commission: 1,000 infra, 100 technology, Foreign Ministry

Unless it also provides secret aid, no matter what, most people still won't buy it.

    # Pentagon: 100,000 casualties, 5 Barracks (cannot be destroyed while Pentagon exists)

    Fun, it promotes wars.

    # National War Memorial: Requires 100,000 soldiers casualties.

Goes hand in hand with the Pentagon.

    # Fallout Shelter System: Requires 6,000 infrastructure, 2,000 technology.

Still won't buy it unless changed, screams 6 raids and 1 defeat alert, after a nuke strike.

After all, I feel that this would greatly enhance gameplay because it creates way more options for the players and way more alternative routes than just waiting 30days to follow the same wonder-guides like everyone else. And: more competition and importance of skill when planning and growing your nation.
    # Nuclear Power Plant: Requires 12,000 infrastructure, 1,000 technology, and a Uranium resource, GovSetting for nuclear Technology.

I must've missed it, govsetting for Nuke Tech?

Yeah, kinda dulls the senses. Might be fun if you can upgrade your Wonders (I've seen a suggestion like that before) since the base price if this suggestion if followed will be increased anyways. Or probably more econ improvements would do nicely.

  3. I got a feeling that market for Lead is already improved (since before) for nations that supports large navies.

I haven't done any simulations, but I think for starting nations, FJ/AP/FF+wheat is quite good in gaining money, but then again it won't outperform a 3BG one in overall efficiency. This solutions are quite good except that it doesn't do much for Bonus Resources variety among nations. Well, this is a simple game with a simple market solution anyways, if you add in simulated economics it would be a strain rather than an improvement.
