Member Erika Winner shoots Vice Chairwoman Mukuro Kalinari dead before being killed by Gali Henne.
Erika Winner turned on the camera, which was broadcast to all citizens of Omnitretus and told the people about the lies and traitorous ideals of Benjamin Kanno. She was confronted by Junta Vice Chairwoman Mukuro Kalinari and Member Gali Henne. Erika's last words were "I'll free Omnitretus with this gun." She then proceeded to shoot Kalinari dead. Gali Henne drew his dagger and threw it into Erika Winner's chest, killing her instantly.
Benjamin Kanno and Gali Henne announced a 3-day mourning period for Kalinari and ordered Erika Winner's body to be burned in disgrace. Erika Winner, 22, was asked to join the military by her lover and fiance' Michael Itoshiki. They were due to get married in August.
Michael Itoshiki has said "the time for action is now, I urge the supporters of democracy and freedom to reign down the power of the people and crush Benjamin Kanno and his cronies, once and for all."
Ishiopian Explosion kills Hetourega Sarunen, 90+ others in the security command office.
Hetourega Sarunen and 90 security officers were killed in an explosion set by Ishiopian intel forces. No other details are being released by the Junta.

Benjamin Kanno responds to Neo Japan and Ishiopia, promises retaliation for aiding Fianna Govt.
Benjamin Kanno has issued a decree ordering the arrest of Neo Japanese, Ishiopian citizens and officials in Omnitretus. The military has been given shoot-to-kill orders if anyone rebels against them. "We'll capture or kill each and every one of them, just give us back our Sovereign so she can face trial," commented Kanno. "We give them 12 hours to surrender the Sovereign over to us," Kanno said.
Benjamin Kanno has also ordered the mass-killings of United Fianna members to "sever the Rebellion". To this time, 78 have been killed.
Fianna loyalists take control of Grenta I, II and III -- all 3 military fortresses in Omnitretus.
2,150 Omnitretus soldiers and the 250-member elite group, the Itassis Royal Guard, loyal to Michael Itoshiki have taken control of the the 3 military fortresses surrounding Itassis City, they have issued a 12-hour ultimatum to Kanno: "Resign or Be Destroyed." The 3 military fortresses are well-known for being called the "Triconon" all 3 fortresses were formed in a triangle around Itassis City, all 3 are within striking distance of being able to hit the Palayce Royle, which is 100% controlled by the Junta.
Authorization for the attack can be given at anytime by Michael Itoshiki or Runa Fianna.

Benjamin Kanno, member of the Omnitretus Troika and current Chairman of the Omnitretus Military Junta, announced today that they have pulled off an successful coup'de'tat against Sovereign Runa Fianna and her loyalists. 3 people were killed during the coup'de'tat including the Personal Secretary to the Sovereign, Riza Kayabuki and fellow Troika Member Fasalina Gerbera-Makanin was also killed, Fasalina Gerbera-Makanin was the wife to Sovereign Maligore II, Younas Makanin. The 3rd person killed was one of Fasalina's closest advisors.
Sovereign Maligore III - Runa Fianna, Secretary-Gen of the Itassis Royal Guard Michael Itoshiki and Troika Member Rebecca Sforza were unharmed and escaped from the attack. The location is currently unknown.
The Omnitretus Military Junta, led by Benjamin Kanno, was due to exit office on May 31, 2008. The Omnitretus Military Junta has reformed since losing 3 members.

Many political pundits believe Benjamin Kanno is acting under the orders of former Sovereign Maligore II, Younas Makanin. Younas Makanin has denied the allegations and denounced the coup'de'tat.
It is worth noting however, that during Runa Fianna's term, Omnitretus has grown roughly 20% -- which is impressive by all accounts.

Sovereign Runa Fianna of Omnitretus strongly condemns the assassination of former Transvaal Prime Minister Riaan Van der Byl and hope that the assassins will be brought to justice. "Omnitretus had no relationship with Mr.Van der Byl and wishes the best to his family, friends and supporters" commented the Sovereign.

Following the drop-out of Troika candidate Michael Itoshiki, the field had three candidates left and thus, all three have automatically won. All three will take office June 1, 2008.

Rebecca Sforza, 35
Rebecca Sforza was born April 8, 1973 in Sunset City, Omnitretus. After choosing to not seek asylum in Neo Japan, the former Prime Minister announced she would stand and fight the corrupt system of the JPDC and the former Sovereign, Younas Makanin. She has been an outspoken critic against the murder of Daisuke Kariya and torture of other popular Democratic leadership. She is extremely loyal to the Sovereign. She will become the 1st Chairwoman of the Troika. She was elected with 38% of the vote.
Benjamin Kanno, 40
Benjamin Kanno was born September 10, 1967 in the military fortress Grenta I, Omnitretus. He is the current Head of the Justice, Peace and Development Council, an ultraconservative/military political party. He is the former Secretary-Gen of the Itassis Royal Guard. Benjamin Kanno is the current Omnitretus Military Junta (OMJ) Chairman and will step down May 31 to make way for a new govt. Kanno has long been considered an ultraconservative radical. He wants Omnitretus to make way to isolationism from the global community. He also wants to begin development on nuclear weapons and technology, plans for Omnitretus to go nuclear by August 2008, before the Troika's term expires on August 1. He was elected with 35% of the vote.
Fasalina Gerbera-Makanin, 32
Fasalina Gerbera-Makanin was born May 12, 1976 in Itassis City, Omnitretus. She is married to former Sovereign Maligore II, Younas Makanin. She is the sister of former Prime Minister Chandler Gerbera. Her husband and brother, are well-known to be Conservative. However, Fasalina is ultraliberal - similar to the incumbent Sovereign Maligore III, Runa Fianna. She has been married to Younas Makanin since March 3, 2008. Younas Makanin is 56 and Fasalina is 32, many would see this age gap troubling -- however, they are a very popular couple for tabloids. She is well-known for her charity work with disabled veterans, children and aid work. She was elected with 27% of the vote.

Benjamin Kanno declares early victory in Omn. Troika Election, attacks neighbor country Neo Japan and other nations nearby.
In a press event this evening, JPDC Leader and Troika Candidate Frontrunner Benjamin Kanno, announced he has won 1 of the 3 seats in the Omnitretus Troika Government.
"It is pretty clear that with the united support of my party and our allies, we have taken a seat from the United Fianna Movement -- a party that wants to keep us going in the wrong direction and towards a future of death, destruction and mayhem," Kanno comment, but commented "The United Fianna Movement, being concerned more about the enviroment than people's lives and well-being, intends to ban nuclear weapons and research from country." Kanno remarked on the border as well, saying it needs to be closed because "our neighbors are clearly conspiring to destroy our nation." He commented the need to develop nuclear weapons and technology is "absolutely necessary in a dangerous world with dangerous neighbors, such as Neo Japan."
The Sovereign Maligore III, Runa Fianna, commented "Mr.Kanno is expressing his personal opinion, however to verbally attack a friendly neighbor, like Neo Japan, is uncalled for and unprofessional. Mr.Kanno's comments DO NOT represent my official stance on Neo Japan." Runa Fianna has asked Mr.Kanno to apologize, but has said he will not because "the truth hurts".

As it was explained above, the 3 candidates who dropped out (Jennifer Flanagan, Matthew Winner, Hetourega Sarunen) have decided to give their support to Benjamin Kanno, thus his votes are increased, practically ensuring him a seat on the troika. All votes given to Ms.Flanagan, Mr.Winner and Mr.Sarunen will be given directly to Benjamin Kanno. In this decision, the Justice, Peace and Development Council (JPDC), which Ben Kanno leads, said they would focus all their power and finances to get ATLEAST 1 seat on the Troika.
As it stands, the Troika will be comprised of 2 United Fianna Movement and 1 JusPeacDevel Council member, with the UFM holding majority of 2-1.

Is he telling the truth? Benjamin Kanno: "I didn't kill Daniel Fianna."
Benjamin Kanno, standing beside the other 3 members of the Omitretus Military Junta, denounced claims he was responsible for the assassination of Daniel Fianna, an Omnitretus Troika Frontrunner and husband of the Sovereign.
"I had no involvement whatsoever in his death," he told the press. One reporter questioned the fact Grenta I is where Kanno was born and it touched a sensitive spot on Kanno that his opponent was campaigning in his homeland.
The Sovereign Maligore III, Runa Fianna, demanded an investigation but the Omnitretus Military Junta -- which is led by Kanno, voted 3-1 to not start an investigation. Kanno voted yes for an investigation, "I will clear my name by all means. I am innocent."
The opposition has declined to comment on the issue.

Daniel Fianna assassinated at political rally, Rebecca Sforza announces Fasalina Gerbera-Makanin to his votes and post.
Early this morning at a political rally in the military fortress Grenta I, Troika Candidate and Frontrunner Daniel Fianna, husband of Runa Fianna - Sovereign Maligore III, was assassinated by what reports indicate a "disgruntled military soldier". Daniel Fianna leaves behind a loving wife, Runa and 2 kids, both 3 year olds.
Troika Frontrunner and Candidate Rebecca Sforza claimed it was "Benjamin Kanno destroying the democratic opposition." Rebecca Sforza announced that Fasalina Gerbera-Makanin will take over the vote count and current position. "Fasalina Gerbera-Makanin is a trustworthy lady and can carry on the ideals and beliefs of Daniel Fianna."
Fasalina Gerbera-Makanin told the crowd "We take back our country from Benjamin Kanno and his little peons on June 1, 2008!" Fasalina Gerbera-Makanin, Rebecca Sforza and Michael Itoshiki stood side-by-side and declared victory over Benjamin Kanno.
Fasalina Gerbera-Makanin is married to former Sovereign Younas Makanin and she is the brother to Chandler Gerbera, a former Prime Minister. Despite her husband, who leans to the Conservatives and her brother, another Conservative -- Fasalina is strongly liberal, just like Rebecca Sforza and Sovereign Runa Fianna.

Jennifer Flanagan announces powersharing deal with the Justice, Peace and Development Council.
Jennifer Flanagan stood by Benjamin Kanno, Hetourega Sarunen and Matthew Winner today, she declared that if elected, she would support the JPDC and its motives. "It's time to send a message to the opposition -- we can and will win," she yelled to the crowd of supporters.
"The odds are against us, since it seems the current results are 70-30 in favor of the Fianna-Sforza-Itoshiki bloc," commented Ben Kanno. "It's pretty obvious Daniel Fianna will be elected - he has a solid lead, however we still have a chance to take a seat from them and that will be a grand victory for our side," said Matthew Winner. "Should we get elected, we intend to finally take action against the Fianna Rebellion," commented Hetourega Sarunen.
The JPDC prefers isolationist approach to foreign relations and many critics believe it could ruin Omnitretus' relations with fellow nations on the planet.

Michael Itoshiki stuns the media, announces power-sharing deal with United Fianna Movement.
In a stunning powerplay against his own friends and allies in JPDC - Michael Itoshiki announced Monday evening that Daniel Fianna, Rebecca Sforza and himself have decided that, if elected -- they would vote to abolish the Sovereignty. "My eyes have been opened to the truth and the world -- Omnitretus needs to change -- by abandoning the Sovereignty and his dictatorship," commented Itoshiki. Daniel Fianna and Rebecca Sforza, who stood behind Michael Itoshiki, agreed with Itoshiki. All three shook hands. Itoshiki also said he will no longer affiliate himself with the JPDC.
His other 2 JPDC allies also commented. "This is the ultimate betrayal to our ideals and dream for this country," said Benjamin Kanno. Shortly after Kanno's announcement, Itoshiki was dishounably discharged from the Omitretus military and removed from the Military junta govt. "He's a disgrace to his country," said Hetourega Sarunen. Independent candidate Matthew Winner commented "It won't matter because we'll own the Fianna-Sforza-Itoshiki powerbloc and they'll regret this bond." The Sovereign declined to comment on the latest development.

Daniel Fianna was born August 17, 1979 in Itassis City, Omnitretus. He is married to former President and Prime Minister Runa Fianna. Shortly after her departure to Neo Japan, he has declared he will take down the corrupt Omnitretus government in her name, for her. "I realize the numbers are not in my favor, but if the right 3 people are elected -- we can end this tyranny," said Mr.Fianna. "I will also say, should I be elected -- I will be a proxy until my wife is healthy enough to return to rule over the people she holds so dear." He was assassinated May 16 2008.
Rebecca Sforza, 35
Riza Kayabuki was born April 8, 1973 in Sunset City, Omnitretus. Matthew Winner was born June 2, 1977 in Sunset City, Omnitretus. A former Prime Minister and now currently the Personal Secretary to the Sovereign, Matthew Winner supports The Sovereign and does whatever is asked of him. "We must guarantee our Sovereign remains in power - neither the UFM or JPDC must take power," said Mr.Winner.

Jennifer Flanagan, 35
Jennifer Flanagan was born April 23, 1973 in Kailedari, Omnitretus. She ran unsuccessfully in the Presidential election, gaining only 0.06% of the vote. Her former career, before becoming a politican, was being a woman who solicited erotic favors for money to finance her Presidential campaign. "I want to bring a clean, safe enviroment to Omnitetus - that's all," she commented on Monday. She also announced that all money raised for her troika campaign will be donated to the OABC, or Omnitretus Abortion Clinic.

Michael Itoshiki, 23
Michael Itoshiki was born January 4, 1985 in the military fortress Grenta II, Omnitretus. A relative newcomer to the military, he is a sweet, kind and fairly innocent young man. He was the sole opposition to killing Daisuke Kariya and he spoke out against torturing, killing men, women and children. If elected, he would help not hurt his country. "I want what is ultimately best for the country, I want to see the people happy - that's all that matters," said Itoshiki.

"United Fianna" supporters attacks convoy which carried Runa Fianna from Sunset City to Itassis City, the capital.
85 supporters of Runa Fianna, now known as United Fianna, ambushed an OMJ convoy this evening, 2 members of the 7-member Omntretus Military Junta were killed along with 38 other soldiers and 10 soldiers were taken hostage. 51 Fianna supporters were also killed. "Fianna is the true future of this country - not Ben Kanno or The Sovereign -- its Runa Fianna," said one supporter.
Runa Fianna was found beaten, bruised and severely injured -- tortured by the OMJ. She will be transported to Neo Japan, who had offered refuge for the former President.
Sovereign Maligore II announced he has repealed the death sentence after realizing his mistake, he has since apologized for his rash decision.

Over 800 supporters of Runa Fianna gathered outside the Great Sovereign Royale, the palace in which the Sovereign and the Omitretus Military Junta(OMJ) reside and work, they were waving banners "Free Fianna!", "Sovereign, Fianna or Fall!" and "Don't Ruin Our Country, Free Runa Fianna!".
OMJ Chairman Benjamin Kanno announced mass-arrests, casualties in skermishes with the Runa Fianna supporters. 219 protestors were killed, over 400 arrested and the remainder were able to escape unharmed. Omnitretus military forces took only 38 casualties and 56 injured.
"It is clear this evening," Kanno said. "The Runa Fianna Rebellion has begun -- and we will win."
Shortly after today's protests, the Sovereign Maligore II issued a Death Sentence to Runa Fianna, who is being held in Itassis City's Presidential Compound under house arrest. She will be executed at 13:00 on May 12.
"It's up the global community -- do they want a pro-democratic leader with so much promise(Runa Fianna) to die? Right now, our neighboring countries and the global community can stop this brutal murder, my dying wish is to see universal condemnation of the Sovereign and his puppet OMJ government" - Daisuke Kariya's dying statement before being hung by the OMJ, which the press was invited to.

His Majesty, The Sovereign Maligore II, Younas Makanin announces Coup'de'tat.
In a stunning coup'de'tat of epic proportions, the Sovereign Maligore II, announced he has overthrown the Fianna-Winner Administration. President Runa Fianna of the United Democratic People's Party and Prime Minister Matthew Winner of The Common Sense Movement, were arrested and are being held at the Presidential palace in Itassis City and are expected to be exiled from the country unless the Sovereign chooses to show pity upon them.
The 240 members of the Omnitretus Parliament were also arrested, killed or injured during the coup de'tat. Also arrested were the members of the Omnitretus Cabinet, former Prime Ministers and various other former, current officials. This also comes as the death toll in Omnitretus' involvement in the GATO-1V War hits 10,000. "10,000 loyal soldiers died under Runa Fianna and her governments, they must pay a significant price for it," commented Sovereign Maligore II
"Under these political parties - nothing has gotten accomplished - they are bickering left and right like kids at a sandbox, well, I'll change that .. for good - no more bickering, no more corruption and no more arguments by the elected officials," Younas Makanin commented. "Therefore, I announce today to my beloved country and my beloved people, that the current government is hereby abolished permanently." Once the announcement was made, Sovereign Maligore II announced a 7-member panel to oversee the country with his blessings. This is the first such military junta approved by the Sovereign in the history of Omnitretus.
On the May ballot, the people voted 60-40 to abolish the Sovereignty on May 7, 2008.

Former Sovereign Younas Makanin asks Neo Japanese forces if he could meet with Benjamin Kanno.
Younas Makanin, the Sovereign of Omnitretus from March 2008 til May 2008, has asked for a meeting to discuss why exactly and understand what exactly Kanno's goal was in this needless massacre. He wishes to ask other questions and discuss issues with Kanno.
