    Hello fellow citizens of Planet Bob,

    A few weeks ago, we left Yellow sphere and joined White sphere. We decided to get closer to our White neighbors and joined SNOW. We decided 1 just wasn't enough to make us more unified. Now the first sign of more unification has appeared and this is a declaration of wub. NEW, we at DefCon :wub: you. This treaty is a symbol of our wub for each other. I have now officially run this cliche into the ground, but I had to do it atleast once.

    without further ado, I present to the world, a very secksi treaty:

    Defense Confederation, also known as DefCon and Nusantara Elite Warriors, also known as NEW hereby enact this Mutual Defense Pact.

    Article I: Sovereignty

    Each nation agrees to uphold each others sovereignty, and to not interfere in internal politics and such.

    Article II: Non-Aggression

    Each signatory agrees to stay neutral with their words and weapons toward each other.

    Article III: Mutual Defense

    Each signatory agrees that an attack on one signatory, is an attack upon the other. In such case, they will be required to aid with 100% of the armed forces.

    Article IV. Unification

    Due to cultural and language barriers, each signatory will work its hardest to alleviate any potential problems that might arise. It is to the benefit of such a pact to maximize relations and communication.

    Article V: Cancellation

    In the event that this document must be cancelled, a 72-hour notification must be given. After which, the treaty will be considered null & void.

    Yeah there has been one before. ;)

    Like almost 2 years ago.

    I see no problems, as that was called (according to CNWiki) Veni, Vidi, Vici Coalition... this is Veni, Vidi, Vici. 1 Word difference, thus different alliances entirely. I wish for Veni, Vidi, Vici to prosper and grow.
