  1. "Never believe anything in politics until it has been officially denied." - Bismarck For my part, I have acknowledged that my actions were selfish and not what was best for the alliance at the time. That doesn't change the facts. Moo did resign. He acknowledged that I was Emperor on the NPO forum and on the old CN forum. So did many others. I did not remove Admin access to the IOs so Frawley copied ES' database, deleted the whole forum and moved everything to Moo's server, where I was banned. Having no direct contact with the membership led to the "official" story being a bit skewed and some of the facts were replaced. Vladimir even wrote a massive essay calling on the history of the NPO from NS as precedent on how power transferred in the Order, which included several factual errors. That is the way it works. I have done it numerous times. You make the facts fit the situation so that you are in the right. That is how things have always worked in this world, right? On my behalf ES and BlackAdder pressured Moo to resign, right or wrong doesn't come into it, they did it and I knew they were going to do it. He did and then thought better of it and couped me. He was correct in that action and I have voiced support for it since I reconciled myself with the Order well over a year ago now. That doesn't change the facts of the events regardless of whom presents their "version". Regardless, it is ancient history. I have made my peace on the issue and do not believe it necessary to continue harping on things that will never be changed.
  2. I did? Odd. I could have sworn it was over a month later and only after the New Pacific Order was back as the #1 alliance in the Cyberverse. Weird.
  3. Is Vox planning to declare war upon me? Some could read this comment as a threat.
  4. The New Sith Order thanks its friends in the Siberian Tiger Alliance and looks forward to continued good relations.
  5. Congratulations to Soldier on their new government. I would caution against assumptions regarding the NSO. I have provided no alliance cause to insult me or my new members...and I don't want to be placed in a position to provide such cause.
  6. To clarify, strawberries are not the fruit of the Sith, although they are Evil so I guess...
  7. Not that it matters because our philosophies and ideologies differ in several ways but are you referring to the initial declaration of existance or the re-org? If the first that is great, if the second then such a revelation isn't really comparable.
  8. Decree of the Sith - Ivan Kalinski Moldavi, Dread Lord of Stromholde, Dark Lord of the Sith, Sovereign of the New Sith Order
  9. I disagree with a great many of your assertions. First, the dichotomy I speak of is, admittedly, more personal than political in a lot of respects. I have allies from the Great Patriotic War in both the New Pacific Order and Vox. I consider a great many of them friends, even if I currently do not agree with every policy or piece of propaganda being produced for public consumption. In my mind there seems to be a vast difference in the politics of the Continuum, which includes the NPO but not Polar and a few other alliances of some level of import, and the open and public "rebellion" against the status quo from groups like Vox and I assume to some lesser extent FAN and the other alliances that were historic targets of the NPO. I believe the "This week in Pacifica" threads speak to that very clearly. I have no illusions of my place in the history of the Cyberverse. I am either the best thing that ever happened to this place or the Devil himself to a great many people, to some I am both. I am aware that some would see me as a tool to use against the status quo and the "establishment" while others see me as the potential for helping solidify said establishment unto the infinite. (Which it seems to be doing just fine without me anyway, the MDP web just isn't my thing though.) I prefer to be neither. I have expressed my opinion that the Cyberverse could stand to see something new and while I know that the very concept of change implies threat to some I believe cooler heads will prevail. To that end I have secured the word of my friend, the Emperor of the New Pacific Order, that no harm will come to the NSO while it seeks this third path and I have secured a protectorate from my very old friend, the Supreme Chancellor of the STA. I have also taken the time to visit and speak with my friends in Polar and have sought out the counsel of several historic acquaintances, both friends and former foes. I carry the quiet confidence of a man that knows he is good at what he chooses to do but doesn't feel the need to brag about it endlessly. So no, I do not expect a curbstomp, even if I thought it a possibility as little as 72 hours ago.
  10. I would address this but its been done. I am actually more curious about this boat you are supposedly on.
  11. I disagree. I do not now, or did I ever, believe that members of the NPO will leave in great numbers, or even noticeable numbers except to those that will blow any issue out of proportion, on all sides, for the NSO. Quite honestly, as I was sharing with some in private earlier, I expected to maybe get 20-30 nations the first week. My stretch goal was 80 nations in two weeks. I have clearly stated that I am not here to oppose or support either "side" in the current status quo and I maintain that now. I have quietly sought friendships with some in the theoretical middle ground but I have not poached any members (although I did ask AirMe if he was being honest ). The NPO is the strongest alliance in the Cyberverse. I helped put it there. I am proud of that accomplishment. Those that are members of the NPO should be proud of it as well if they truly uphold the ideals on which the alliance was founded. I do not speak on those that may not. I do not expect anyone to give up a spot at the "top" to take up a spot on the bottom with me. Some have elected to do so of their own accord and I thank them but I do not believe that a state of full peace for Pacifica would amount to any large exodus to the Sith under any circumstances. Those that operate, regardless of rank, under such a fear waste energy in my opinion.
  12. Right, but as you have been told, Doppelganger, Sith Lord, has also offered aid to Pacifica for this war effort, so I fail to see your point. My point, however, without putting too fine a point on it, is that if you have a problem with Doppelganger then you have a problem with me by default. That is just how it goes. Anyway, it is late and I am logging out. Have fun people.
  13. Did you take part in the formation of that declaration? I am aware that Polar is also at war with Jarheads but from what I have gathered the affairs of New Pacific Order nations, and their decisions, are not at the same level of concern to the New Polar Order as they once were. So where are you hoping to go with this continued line of interrogation?
  14. You are right, that could easily be the situation. Regardless, I am glad to know that the Emperor rules in the New Pacific Order and that the mob mentality, which is fickle and changes with the wind, does not.
  15. I assumed he meant to have a "does not" in there somewhere based on the posts from Branimir and a few others.
  16. I believe the OP and the numerous implied threats around this forum of late have established fairly clearly that any mythos of Ivan Moldavi, former Emperor of the Order, insofar as the New Pacific Order regular membership is concerned is dead. Which is well and good to me, since I am not considered worthy of their praise then it is logical that I should not be considered a threat either, correct?
  17. What is this "relationship to the Order" that you speak of? You imply that I have historically had a "bad" relationship with the New Pacific Order. Does everyone the hates me live under a rock?
  18. Oh, where were you when it happened? You can say anything you like about what occurred over a year and a half ago. For the past full year Moo and I have been on good terms and have been working together in The Pacific in that other realm for just as long. So even if what you claim is true, which is isn't, just because you think it is so doesn't make it so, how does that effect the current situation at all? It doesn't. You aren't in the Order, did they reject you for being a moron?
  19. I find it unfortunate that the New Pacific Order, which I have never failed to serve in its time of need, would look at me asking one friend, who was out of range for the current conflict and a founder without status in the Order, as a foundation for me poaching membership and actively recruiting from their membership ranks. I have done my best to clearly state that I am simply trying something new and that I am not creating anything to oppose the Continuum, or its alliances, or those opposed to same. If a nation wishes to leave the alliance in order to try something different then they should be allowed to do so. If they have rules regarding times of conflict I completely understand and have adjusted my own enlistment accordingly to be accepting of them. The outright lies, slander and just plain idiocy being expressed in those screenshots are not indicative of the Emperor of the New Pacific Order, even if some of his supporters have a profound lack of understanding of the difference between a real "threat" and a manufactured one. I am disappointed in some of the posters. I am disappointed that after being told that my membership status as a duel member of Polar and Pacifica was secure after I spoke with Moo about founding NSO, which wasn't planned and hasn't been "in the works" for any length of time past just the other night, that I have now been evidently ejected from the New Pacific Order and labelled a traitor by those that I have defended in the face of the entire Cyberverse. I have done all that I can to appease the New Pacific Order and to maintain independence from the dichotomy of this present world but damn it, if they are going to keep pushing me and pushing me then they will force me to stand against them, which I never wanted to do and still do not wish to do now. It is a pity that so few remember the past. It is a pity that the first post drones on and on about what made the Order great and what made the ideals and principles strong and yet hypocritically decries me as some sort of lesser Pacifican or traitor. Some people have forgotten what it actually means to be Pacifican, even those waving the Blue and Black. I will speak on this with the Emperor, as I consider him a friend. It is my belief that he runs the alliance and not the IOs and warmongers that would see my ideas crushed simply because they are my ideas.
  20. Care to elaborate on this? I get along well with most of the IOs. The only ones I ever had a problem with were those that continued to hold onto position out of a sense of entitlement instead of merit and several of them have moved on since my time there. Plus everyone disagrees some of the time. Specifics would be nice, either here or via PM if you don't mind. I would find it entertaining to say the least if some people were reluctant to say a thing to my face that they would say behind closed doors. Timidness isn't a trait of any "elite" that I am aware of. Perhaps you are mistaken and my old friends in Pacifica are not as harsh as you suggest. I certainly hope you are incorrect. I prefer to continue seeing the New Pacific Order as an honorable alliance led by honorable people, as I always have. Regardless, I have provided no reason or cause for alarm. I am merely attempting a third option in a dichotomy driven world. My resources are limited, especially in comparison to the major blocks. I am sure the NPO hasn't bothered to dignify my pitiful band with anything like contempt. The Pacific doesn't know fear so giving me such attention would run counter to everything it stands for. I remain confident in the Emperor.
  21. I find it amusing that so many here would seek to speak on behalf of the New Pacific Order without the authority to do so.
  22. I am confused on why so many believe the NSO will be attacked. We are just getting started and concentrating on internal issues with very limited diplomatic involvement and no support of the prevalent agendas so I believe we are actually much safer than some of the existing die hard alliances on either "side".
