[/quote] By "in every way" do you mean tech only? Because that's really the only way I was larger than him. Oh, and I have a few more wonders. When we started I was demilitarized (I had to in order to declare), we were both at 3999.99 & I had about 800 tech more than him. As he showed, I didn't have a warchest (as I rarely do). It really could have been a quite even battle. This of course being my first 1v1, I merely engaged when I read he was up for it. Of course, looking back I probably should have made sure we were crystal clear on what terms would be what etc. But as it was reading he hard a hard enough time saying straight out he wanted a 1v1. And now we know why, because he wanted to use the old "he attacked me, it wasn't really a 1v1" route. In all honesty, I'm pretty meh about the whole situation.

You have it wrong, I got a defeat message first GA, didn't even get to GA until after update when I gave him another Defeat, then redeployed to get my precious tech. All in all this will be fun. After I rogued, then went into the last war, my infra levels weren't as high as they are now. And like a good alliance grunt, when below an infra level I sell tech. Now that I'm back at proper infra level, I buy tech. I did however have some outstanding tech deals to finish resolving. Clear as mud? Double Edit: Ouch, you got a defeat message... there goes my free tech. And don't worry, I'll even stay conventional just for you.

Normally they'll have standard "requirements" for raiding that won't require approval, but anything outside of those requirements can be raided with gov approval.
