  1. BAUMP Because we're just that awesome.
  2. SDI probably should have been your first military wonder...
  3. Unless your alliance is going to be in a war, it's probably a better idea to stick to economic wonders. If you are going to be in a war, then: what everyone else said!
  4. Cut down all your military. It's not a huge deal, bills wise, but every bit helps. Also, I'm not sure, but it seams like you should only have 2 border walls. I could be wrong about that, I can't see all the info. Other than that, it's been said her before, but go to 3bg.
  5. max stadiums/banks after that.
  6. It's usually a good idea to join an alliance and do it how your alliance does it. I know The Templar Knights has a good system (from experience) and I'm sure lots of other alliances do too. You can do tech trading outside of an alliance, but alliances usually have more organized systems and will keep you from being shorted.
  7. Not true. Coal is used to melt the gold/silver, so that it can be formed into jewelry. The Diamonds come from Gems. Gameplay-wise though this might be nice, though.
  8. I don't think increasing the time will have any effect on gameplay for the larger nations. Most people swapping governments do it in concert with swapping Labor Camps, over a period of 15 days anyway. Government choices don't make a vast difference in war anyway. The only people who will be effected by this are the little nations making poor choices. More of an effect, without crippling people, might be felt imho if changing Gov decreased environment by .5, and then that penalty went away at a rate of .1 per day. Have a max penalty of 1 env to prevent new nations from accidentally crippling themselves.
  9. Considering your resources, probably silver and gems would be your best bet. That'll give you fine jewelry.
  10. I'm gonna pipe up and say that I too think the NS range could stand to be tightened up. I actually agree with Hime Themis in that a 20% range might work best, although I'm a bit apprehensive about any change that big. It could, after all, leave some people in an alliance war with no-one to attack. All in all, though, I think It'll work out great. It'll even reduce tech raiding, so new members are more likely to stay.
  11. This part of military upgrading is represented by tech. Individual soldiers and tanks merely represent individual soldiers and tanks, rather than the technology levels inherent in there existence. Also, I like the changes, though I think it should count spies, improvements, and wonders, and that soldier efficiency should be used rather than the actual number. Either that or use both, but with significantly lower modifiers.
  12. Lose a war and that's your problem But I'd never go for the MP anyway, just get to the top 5%, it'll work better in the long run (assuming someone else in your alliance already has nukes)
  13. Government swapping is also pretty bad for your environment though (at least it works that way for me, I can't back that up canonical evidence) But yeah, Arturion's table basically lays it out properly. The only other thing is that GT protects you from spy attacks against your religion. Not a huge deal, but enough that you should get GT before Internet.

    Map bug

I just changed capital locations just for the heck of it, and now all of a sudden, the circle on my nation map is really long and skinny. There's a screen shot of it below. I have no idea what could be causing it. So yeah, really weird bug. EDIT: not effecting any of my nation's stats or anything, as far as I can tell
  15. We has free beer? how do I get some of it?
