1. Will alliance seniority be preserved? It'd be upsetting to have that reset.
2. The IP requirement severely limits the number of propspective players, and unnecessarily so. The focus should be on user uniqueness and that can be established many ways. - Paypal - Google+ - Facebook Or any other source that establishese a reasonably positive user identity.
3. Anyone know if the new Alliance system implementation will reset our Alliance Seniority date? It will really suck if it does.

5. You should consolidate the congressional voting in one place, and then list its powers (7&5). Generally, legislation should trump executive policy. The executive's ordinary purpose is to execute the law. That said, each branch should have the authority to create rules necessary to conduct its business. Most charters would have the power of war invested in the legislature, requiring the executive to make a case for it. Also, the executive would need the authority to recognize an attack on the alliance and respond. It may be better to assign the justices three month terms and elect one every month. In any case all issues should be simply refered to the court for ajudication and allow the court to determine how to answer. how are cases resolved? Majority of the justices, unanimous? In general, basic law should be about authoriies and leave details of execution to legislation and policy. It is also important to keep the descriptions of the powers of each branch together rather than scattering them throughout the document. Another issue that arises is who will manage the legislation process of the members. Probably a speaker should be nominated who is not a member of the executive.

14. In another regrettable milestone, the population of Cyber Nations drops under 19,000 to 18,949 Nations. I hope this knowledge stimulates a discussion on improving the game environment so to lure new players and retain existing ones. It's sad that Unspeakable Evil has resigned his very wonderful effort. But it brings to focus that this, and many other statistical labors could be automated rather than be the burden of a few.

16. Can we add a stat to track number of players? In case anyone hasn't noticed we lost about 700 players in the last few weeks and are about to drop below 20k. This isn't good. At it's peak CN had 32k players. This is a vital metric and it needs to be tracked. And there needs to be a discussion about what to do.
17. I forgot to give my nation reference to a player I recruited. Is there anyway to contact the staff and make the reference or he has to delete and start again using it?
18. The more important statistic is how many players there are. It seems to be in a steady decline since it reached a peak of around 32k..
19. We should call it the 'War War', since it appears the only reason for it that holds water is the parties were bored with peace. Which spawns the alternative name, the "We Were Bored with Peace War". Just a note that I appreciate yours and UE's statistical efforts very much and can't help wondering why the importance hasn't been recognized such that it is incorporated into CN as part of the program.
20. Missing the voting choices of 'I don't know' and 'I don't care'
21. Well, it's pretty and a nice try. But given all the unknowns and unknowables it isn't much more useful than what we're provided with by the standard NS and score. As an expression of frustration with the present game statistical failings it has some value. Wish we had an in game statistical history, that would be very useful. Some kind of discussion on implementing a separate economic and military statistic would be interesting. Problem is that Admin has put WC off limits for consideration in stats. WC makes a big difference in war outcomes and it's the big invisible. Glad to see Mobilization considered. Wonders, trades and improvements are important to performance too but that really has to be evaluated nation by nation rather than summary. With all the manual guessing and data gathering necessary I don't see this being an effort that can be sustained for very long.
22. I'd have to take exception to this capitulation to Marxist Feminist sophistry. If you're frightened by gonad references get thee to a nunnery. If you're willing to offer sex for game advantages, that's why my loin cloth has velco. Never understood this one.
23. What would actually make this useful would be to see the relative delta's, rates of change.
