This includes, but is not limited to, military actions, covert operations, and propaganda campaigns.

Article II. Free Trade

The GDR and Caucasia hereby agree to abolish all tariffs and barriers on trade between their nations. Tolls for special functions may still apply, but at reduced price.

Article III. Optional Defense

Should either signatory come under attack, the other has the option, but is not required, to come to their defense militarily. Should the other choose to remain neutral, they may also choose to supply financial aid.

"I smell BS. Nations who have hated each other, magically signing a treaty? Something is amiss," commented Takeo.

"Caucasia and the GDR never hated each other on a nation-to-nation level. The animosity was between the EU and the HRE/GDR, and the EU is no more."

-HRH King James II
