Disparu is indeed correct.

According to Article II.C.b a new Operations Commander must be elected.

In addition, according to Article II.B.a, a new CANJSF chairman is to be appointed using the rotational list. It appears that the Canadian Empire gets to appoint a chairman.

Finally, we suggest amending Provision I.A, which deals with the amount of troops each member needs to donate to the CANJSF. We suggest replacing the current provision with the following:

Frankly the current system is quite cumbersome and involves nations contributing strange amounts of troops. This system would provide more standardization and ease allowing greater cohesion and unity. We ask for fellow members' input.

"Disparu supports this amendment. We have approximately 400,000 troops and we will be able to contribute 20,000+ troops to the CANJSF. Also, I would like to support Nina Ski as the CANJSF's new Operations Commander."

The Disparuean representative was a bit surprised. "I am sure the King would be honoured to have a Republican ship named after him, as long as you drop the 'King' part. But just to make sure, I'll send a message to him. Excuse me for a moment..." The representative left the room for a while, then came back with a smile on his face. "The Northern Republic has the King's approval. He told me to thank the Northern Republic for naming a ship after him."

The New Englander observer, upon hearing this, excused himself and walked out of the room. The officials of both governments knew better than to defy Washington's instruction, for Army troopers were stationed throughout the country and could impose the FSA's views by force, if necessary. And not to mention, the GLS officials were completely at the mercy of the FBIS, who could arrest and execute any official who accepted the CAN's invitation. However, the GLS was permitted to sent an 'observer' to the CAN.

OOC:February saw my nation turn into a glowing ball of mush. 7 nukes have brought my nation's infra to 4,367.05. NS is down to 22,388.619. My recent civil war RP will support the numbers. Btw, looking for tech deals, if anyone is interested.

IC: The Eggman Empire is more then happy to participate in any war games CAN members feel like putting on. We feel the first should be naval war games, as we are mostly Island nations. Naval wargames would we good, for those of us that have warships.
The Canadian Empire would have to work in tandemn with another battlegroup due to only having a small Navy.

200 CANJSF Northern Republic forces are en route to Procinctia. Though there is generally little communication from that state, there has been no communication for quite a while and we fear the worst. We suggest a CAN protectorate is in order.
