Diplomatic messages have been passed to the Holy American Empire requesting that they take over full control of the former American Union. "We, the coalition government of the American hereby request entry into the Holy American Empire under the Carson City Accords. We hope that the Holy American Emperor accepts our request." The land would be held as a protectorate until a referendum could be held with several options for the local populace. Additionally, foreign powers would be contacted in the hopes that some of them would like to assume administration of the protectorate.
