[u][b]Article I. [/b]Sovereignty[/u] Both signatory alliances fully understand that they remain separate, sovereign, alliances. [u][b]Article II.[/b] Peace[/u] Members of both signatory alliances agree to maintain a non-aggression stance towards one another throughout the duration of this treaty. If a member of one signatory alliance should attack the other, full reparations shall be paid within 7 days, and not viewed as a declaration of war. Any member of either signatory alliance who attacks a member of the other, will face punishment by their own government. [u][b]Article III.[/b] Intelligence[/u] Both signatory alliances agree to share any, and all, intelligence in regards to each other with full disclosure. Any non-credible intelligence should be shared within 48 hours. Any credible intelligence should be shared within 24 hours. [u][b]Article IV.[/b] Aid[/u] If a signatory alliance is attacked, it has the right to request rebuilding aid from the other. Neither alliance is bound by this treaty to provide rebuilding or war effort aid, but it is highly encouraged. If aid is given, the alliances will agree whether it is a foreign aid offer or temporary loan. [u][b]Article V.[/b]Termination[/u] This treaty is considered valid until such a time deemed by either signatory alliance as no longer mutually beneficial. Termination of this pact requires 48 hours notice within private channels. Once both governments are made aware, it can be made public. Any violations of these articles may result in the treaty being considered immediately void.
