The Maritime Republic of J Andres is in a rebuilding stage. Few of our industries are well defined. We are currently looking for foreign companies and corporations to come into J Andres to help spur our economic development. J Andres is a untapped market for many of the goods and services that you can provide, and there are plenty of J Andres workers looking for jobs. The J Andrean minimum wage is low compared to the world standard and would allow for your corporations to hire our workers at economy-friendly prices.

We are extremely interested in possibly bringing the services of DNH Healthcare Pvt Ltd to J Andres. Also, we are currently doing some base renovations that could benefit from a five year contract with Encompass Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Any other corporations that may wish to establish factories in J Andres are welcome. Our domestic automaker is no longer within our borders, so if Mahindra & Mahindra might also be interested in establishing some factories then we could take many of our ancient cars off the road.

A trade delegation led by our Minister of Industries, Dr. Mathew Joseph would arrive at J Andres very soon comprising of corporate representatives of major companies and industries. DNH Healthcare, Encompass Technologies Pvt Ltd, Mahindra and Mahindra would be principally represented while special delegations from Larsen and Toubro, Tatra Automotive Works, Tratum Infosystems would also be part of this delegation.

At this meeting we can more thoroughly discuss means and ways by which trade can be established to mutual benefit. Like the opening up of J Andrean markets to Cochin, a reciprocal invitation into the vast Cochin markets is also offered.

Eight of the paddle steamers ordered by The United Kingdom of Idaho-Montana has been completed and the last two in the final stages of completion. Bappotty Uru Company has already chartered a coal carrying freighter to serve as collier for underway replenishment of the 10 paddle steamers. A veteran crew of marine enthusiasts and sailors have been readied to sail this newly built vintage class fleet to Portland.

The eight paddle steamers which were completed ahead of schedule arrived this day in Portland, UKIM. They were nationalized as ships of the UKIM Merchant Marine and the crews from the Kingdom of Cochin were kept on as full fledged officers of the Merchant Marine.

[b]PROVIDENCE[/b] – Foreign Affairs Minister Mickey Bethesda has announced the [b]2032 Cochin-Andrean Trade Summit[/b] A room inside the Biltmore Hotel in Providence has been adorned with the flags of The Kingdom of Cochin and J Andres. Minister Bethesda himself will host the summit, although representatives from Ocean Side Aluminum, Woonsocket Wheat, and the University of Rhode Island will also be in attendance. Noticeably absent from the J Andres delegation is Domestic Affairs Minister, Forrest Chafee.

Once the respective delegations had arrived at the conference, lunch was served and Minister Bethesda stood to speak, “On behalf of our government, welcome to J Andres. We hope that you have found our quaint little nation enjoyable.” Bethesda paused for a moment to catch his breath. He was 80 years old and had served in the Department of Foreign Affairs for 50 years, with 34 years at it’s head.

“We are here today, because our nation is in economic crisis. Nearly everything you see out there,” he said as he gestured towards the large windows which gave a terrific view of the city, “Only exist because they were built before, by the first, second or third Maritime Republic. This fourth J Andres, is only an infant with expensive toys. When our expensive toys break, we will have no one to fix them. We need strong economic partners, such as the corporations that you represent, to help us.”

“J Andres is more than just a brand new market. J Andres is the whole package. Our small size makes transportation within our nation a breeze, and if you do choose to develop factories here, you will find that nearly any location you choose will be 30 minutes or less away from a port. We hope that you will choose to build factories here, and provide jobs to the countless unemployed. We hope that the products you manufacture here, and back in your home, can be brought to market here, for the good people of J Andres to use. The firm would depend primarily on Cochin expertise but would be largely staffed by personnel recruited from J Andres and also hopes that the raw materials required for the projects could be sourced from within the J Andrean economy so that any project being undertaken by L&T in any nation in Americas would be indirectly profitable to J Andres.

State Bank of Tripunithura : SBT is the principal treasurer of the Kingdom and is also one of the largest venture capitalist and investment bodies in the world. SBT would greatly appreciate being able to facilitate the economic boom that would be happening in J Andres.

FACT: As a leading chemical industry giant, FACT would be hoping to establish plants for manufacture of a variety of industrial chemicals, cement as well as agricultural chemicals.

Tratum Infosystems : Starting with Business and Knowledge Process Outsourcing Tratum hopes to build a strong development base in J Andres and also looking forward to setting up an Integrated Chips manufacturing plant.

Encompass Technologies Pvt Ltd: ETPL looks forward to setting up manufacturing facilities for its Physical and Electronic Security Systems in J Andres.

DNH Healthcare: Starting with acquiring failing hospitals DNH Healthcare hopes to set up a network of economically efficient health care centers throughout J Andres to provide affordable medical care besides setting up at least one Super Speciality Hospital.

Majestic Hospitality Services: Majestic is primarily looking forward to building a luxury hotel in J Andres.

KREL : Kohinoor Rare Earths Limited would seek to create inroads into J Andrean mining economy, hopefully by establishing at least some new mines and by definitely establishing a Steel Plant for processing of iron ore, domestically mined or imported.

TAW: Tatra Automotive Works is looking forward to establishing a truck manufacturing plant for its trademark Tatra 6x6 and Tatra Heavy Hauler in J Andres.

Mahindra and Mahindra : MM is planning to establish a large manufacturing plant for its Scorpio range of SUVs and a host of mid range sedans.

Varuna Mercantile Limited: VML hopes to establish its North American Corporate Office with dedicated docks and merchant marine fleet at a J Andrean port.

Gosree Aeronautics Limited would like to establish a Corporate Marketing Office in J Andres with options to set up manufacturing plants in future according to developing market traits.

Air Gosree, Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airlines would seek to establish regular flights to principal airports of J Andres from Cochin.

As a corollary, we also extend an invitation to J Andres to seek inroads into Cochin economy. We are sure that J Andrean industries would be able to profit a lot from operating in our various industry specific Special Development Zones as well as access to Vallarpadom Container Terminal where we offer J Andres tariff free operations.

Adequate ports that could meet your needs would be located in the towns of Westerly, Charlestown, North Kingstown, and South Kingstown. Each of these locations also have plenty of space for factory development, and would be great considering their proximity. The city of Newport is also available, but space on the island is limited over there, and travel time would be much longer.

We currently have only small ambitions of expanding into Cochin at this moment with our own companies. We are still a growing nation, and expanding into foreign markets before the domestic market is well established may be difficult. We would like to open a J Andres travel agency, somewhere in Cochin City to promote international to promote international tourism between our nations. [b]Air Gosree, Jet Airways, and Kingfisher Airlines[/b] are all welcome to establish regular flights to our only airport, Donald L. Carcieri Airport, just south of Providence. We suggest locations in Westerly, Charlestown, North Kingstown, or South Kingstown for many of the incoming industrial operations. Their proximity to port will be beneficial.

A J Andrean travel agency would indeed be welcome. You may start it as attached to your Embassy in Cochin City with possible Consulates/Branch Offices at other principal cities like Lhasa, New Delhi, Bombay, Ernakulam, Madras and Calcutta. Andrean Air would be welcome to fly to Cochin, with the most suitable Class A Airport being Cochin International Airport at Cochin City. We also offer Andrean Air hub facilities in Cochin City and code sharing with our own airlines so that it may have greater access to Asian markets. Likewise we hope to establish regional hub for our principal airlines at Donald L. Carcieri Airport.

L&T North American corporate office could be in Providence to have proper access to the business community of J Andres. Kohinoor Rare Earths Limited would start off by placing commercial contracts with Ocean Side Aluminium for purchase of Bauxite ores for KREL plants in Cochin and meanwhile would commence prospecting for new mines in J Andres. If a viable mineral deposit is found new mines would be started along with processing plants as part of it.
