1: "So, it looks like Timmy attempted to avoid being arrested by GLP by giving USA obsolete technology and he ended up being betrayed and in maximum security prison for the next 2,300 years. What should we do?"

2: "Who told you about that?"

1: "Shucker, the director of the Department of Justice. He said that Timmy was betrayed after he personally interviewed him. Who else would I get the info from? The hypocrite laughing stock USA?"

3: "Since USA pulled that stunt, I think we should teach them a good lesson. TUO's way."

2: "That won't do. USA has a more competent police and counter-terrorism force than the dead GLS. Plus, we don't have any friends in USA's government which is essential."

1: "I hated GLP after they arrested a lot of our friends in the crackdown. I have an idea..."

2 and 3: "What is it?"

1: "We get USA and GLP bash each other to death. Kill two birds with one stone."

2: "USA and their massive ring of buddies versus a hyper advanced GLP's military."

1: "Don't forget that GLP is also part of the CAN. Curbstomp team versus curbstomp team. It would be interesting until USA brings in more firepower by setting off the treaty web."

2: "Eh, USA is tied up with fighting Tahoe resistance fighters. As soon as they hear the news that GLP has declared war, then the resistance fighters will become even more aggressive against USA. Besides, I seriously doubt that large chunk of the treaty webs would be activated since there are some countries that don't blindly jump onto the boat or have treaties connected to USA and CAN."

A few weeks later, in GLP's Central Nuclear Power Plant, close to Disparu's border:

"All reactors are stable as of now. Cooling systems are okay. Should we increase our electrical production by 10%? There is an increased peak of power usage."

"Go ahead."

A few minutes after the reactors begin to increase production...

[i]Alarms blare and, controls started flashing red lights, and computer screens displaying error messages[/i]

"What just happened?!"

"Control rods have been removed, the cooling system is being drained, and the reactors have been pressed to 300% of its maximum safe capacity! The reactors are going haywire!"

"Damn, get those control rods back in place and fix the other stuff, NOW!"

"Somebody locked up the controls! It isn't responding!"

"Hit the override shut down button!"

[i]A thin strip of C4 explosives that was cleverly planted underneath the button ignited, blowing a chunk of the controls out, along with the operator's arm, and the skin on his face, leaving the poor operator screaming in agony.[/i]

As the nuclear power plant descends into complete chaos and the staff futilely attempted to shut down the reactors, the reactors couldn't bear the strain anymore and exploded violently. The entire power plant disappeared into a plume of flames, smoke, shrapnel, small radioactive concrete fragments, and radioactive uranium and nuclear waste dust that enveloped the entire former power plant.

GLP National News:

Last night, the Central Nuclear Power Plant had unexpectedly exploded shortly after a distress signal was sent. The last data automated report sent indicated that the controls were remotely tampered by a hacker and the hacker had an assistant that worked in the power plant. Additional video and system data footage recovered from the blown nuclear power plant's blast resistant vault further indicated that saboteurs were behind the blast. The control rods were raised and disabled, the cooling system was drained, and the nuclear reactors were pushed into producing more electricity, much more than the maximum safe amount. The reactors suffered total meltdowns and exploded violently. Heavy rain is expected to occur in the afternoon over the affected area. Dams, pumps and large amount of storage tanks are being prepared to remove as much contaminated water as possible from the soon-to-be contaminated streams and rivers. A large portion of GLP's water is expected to be heavily contaminated with radiation and other toxic heavy metal. All of the towns and cities downstream have been ordered to shut down their water supply.

GLP's Department of Homeland Security is attempting to trace the location of the hacker. Fire fighters with radiation protection suits had been attempting to battle the out of control flames on the former power plant for nearly six hours now but it has been difficult due to the amount of uranium fuel and graphite present. All of the civilians that were living at least 50 miles away have been evacuated.

Meanwhile, in an unknown location:

TUO's best hacker unit consisting of 10 elite hackers managed to flee from the organization before it was gutted by annoyed FSA (defunct) and Disparu. They were hired about two years ago by three former TUO members who own extremely profitable businesses. Their jobs were hacking other companies and uncovering their strategy plans, classified developments, and etc. This time, their job is to crack into USA's secure military network and insert false yet legit looking military files into USA's database before GLP's hackers start surfing through USA's database to look for any files that might had indicated that USA was behind the nuclear power plant explosion.

In GLP's Department of Defense, Electronic warfare sub-department:

The 50 hackers were hard at work, attempting to hack into USA's military network while undetected. GLP's suspected USA was behind the attack after they managed to track down the location of the hacker, captured her, and interrogated her using "I'm a Barbie girl, in a barbie world..." lyric set on loophole. The hacker stated that she was hired by USA to set off the power plant explosion and told the location of her assistant. Her assistant, who claimed to be sick and was at home during the blast, was also interrogated and yield similar statments. Information on both of their laptops and cell phones confirmed that they might had contact with USA.

However, they never knew they would bump into a minor problem which would lead to total mission failure...

While at the GPS day 3 Summit meeting, Caudill heard word of the reactor breach. The White House press department released an official statement issuing condolences to their GLP neighbors. At the water borders with GLP, the U.S. began to set up monitoring buoys to track the spread of radiation. Large supertankers were put out on the Great Lakes to suck up radioactive water.. run it through a filtration system.. and then restore regular water to the lakes. While it would be a drop in the bucket.. any radiation they could prevent from migrating across the lakes was a victory.

Deep in the Hexagon, which was still under reconstruction. "Sir.. we've got an attempted breach on mainframe 4. They appear to be attempting to access a file that is out of codex with the remainder of our official documents. We'll access and decrypt the document to see what it is shortly. In the meantime, we are closing all outside data lines. It won't be long til we can see what this is. It's not often hackers leave us presents instead of taking and deleting them."

"Keep my briefed, Jim." Kevin Baker ordered. General Baker was the first 5 star general in the 6th branch of the American Military.. the Cyber Warfare division. They were responsible for protecting national data security, military networks both domestic and some private at the request of Defense firms. They also were responsible for protecting the nation's data infrastructure.

"Sir, the file seems to be a false operations report that seems to portray a CIA mission to cause the reactor breach in the Great Lakes States." Jim was shocked.

Baker gets on the line with the President. "Sir, we've a problem...." The issue at hand was described.

Caudill decided to make a statement at the GPS conference.

Later that day...:

A 747 was flying toward Detroit's Metro Airport. The aircraft looked legit, on schedule, looks just like the one that was suppose to show up, and was requesting clearance for landing.

However, what the Detroit's Metro Airport didn't realize is that the actual one was about five minutes late and none of the radios were working due to a signal jammer on board.

The fake one, the one that showed on time, had very sinister cargoes instead of passengers.

The tower at Detroit was oblivious.. but when the plane didn't show they put out an all points bulletin via the FAA and NORAD. Fighters were scrambled to attempt to locate and escort the plane as well as to hopefully identify what was wrong with it. Question was.. would they be on time? It'd take at least 5 minutes to scramble the jets.. and longer for the search.

Nations around the globe were immediately dispatched alerts that a commercial Airliner in the Northern Hemisphere had gone missing.

The entire process took around 30 minutes to execute once the problem had been identified.

OOC: Um, both aircraft look exactly the same and act the same. One of them is late, carrying passengers, and has a radio jammer on board. The other one is on time but has some stuff that would become every airport security's nightmare. There is no way of telling which one is legit or not until it is too late.

The 747's bottom part opened up and extended a ramp. 5 automated LT-101A Troll tanks were offloaded and begin firing at various parking aircraft while speeding toward the central hub at 67 mph. They proceeded to ram through various entrances that connected the tarmac to the hub and begin terrorizing/blowing up/running over/mowing down people inside the hub with their 100mm cannons, .50 caliber machine guns, and diamond plated circular saws that were attached to the front bottom of their hull. The tanks were programmed to move as far away as possible from the 747.

Meanwhile, the 747 begin to accelerate away from the central hub, spun around in a circle while gaining speed, and then sped toward the hub at max speed with Ammonium Nitrate explosives and fuel on board.

There is also a single automated 20mm turret that targets any incoming shells, rockets, bombs, and missiles equipped.

Max ammo cargo weight: 6 tons

Max speed (without ammo): 67 mph

Max operational range: 160 miles at max speed

Firing rate: one 100mm shell per 3 seconds.

Other equipments on board: Thermal, night vision, heartbeat sensors, Eagle Scanners (x-ray machines that can spot anything hiding, including landmines), and radar.

Advantages: It has no operator so life support or extra room are needed, which minimizes weight and size and maximizes speed, making it a highly effective tank for urban and forest combat. It also has a much higher alertness so while it takes even experienced tank operators to notice something and react to it, the Troll tank can instantly react to it.

Disadvantages: Hacking is a big concern. Although the Troll tanks are protected by severely encrypted firewalls and can not be directly hacked, if one of the satellite that is managing a group of the Troll tanks is compromised, then a determined hacker can gain control of the tanks. Another concern are program bugs. We do not want tanks that will go on a rampage and shoot anything that twitches or simply park and do nothing.[/quote]

ooc: I've not got much sleep, pardon on the fogginess on details. If they find out this thing is running on a GLS Milsat it won't be pretty. Any markings on the tank?

The explosion rocked the airport.. the tower fell. Another airliner inbound saw the commotion and pulled away from the approach, "This is United 192, all inbound to Detroit, divert to secondaries. Emergency on the ground, I repeat, emergency on the ground." The air travel over Detroit scattered.

Emergency vehicles from all around Detroit began to converge on the airport as reports of the explosion and a "runaway vehicle shooting at people" began to come in.

First officers on the scene saw the LT-101A Troll and immediately fled while calling his radio operator to call in the air force and national guard. In the meantime, people were dieing by the dozens, if not hundreds.

A local news van came on scene and started covering the carnage... only to have the news caster mowed down amid her introduction sentence by .50 caliber rounds on live national television. Tried to make her name known the hard way, died the hard way.

The only thing the U.S. had that could possibly kill this thing was an A-10.. and they scrambled 2 immediately from the nearest airbase. in the meantime, the Troll had made it onto a public interstate and was literally making a mess of traffic. The cameraman who had managed to narrowly survive the attack of the Troll kept tracking it without the news-caster. He could be heard praying on the Camera audio, asking not to be seen by the tank.

Hellhound 1: "Having to drop bombs on our own soil. This is !@#$ man. I hope we plaster whoever's responsible for this to the walls when this is over."

Hellhound 2: "I got a funny feeling we're going to be seeing a lot of flight time soon." Followed by a sigh.

The A-10s arrived on scene about 20 minutes after the massacre had started. They started out at range, locking with GBU-28 PAVEWAY 3 each. These were traditionally bunker busting munitions. They performed their runs, the IR Seekers drawing the bombs with great precision towards the vehicle either towards the engine or the heated gun barrels. If that didn't kill it.. they would swing out wide and come back around for a go with their 1× 30 mm (1.18 in) GAU-8/A Avenger gatling cannon's firing depleted uranium shells.

OOC: They aren't connected to any of GLP's military satellites though they have a mind of their own and communicate with each other. They also have GLP military markings and are real ones that belonged to the military, not copied ones.

Any missiles, rockets, or bombs were shot out of the sky by the LT-101A tanks' 20mm defensive turrets. That included the GBU-28 PAVEWAY missiles. The tanks then suddenly stopped firing to conserve ammunition and begin to head toward Detroit knowing that they will get plastered soon if they stick around in the open too long. However, they still kept on running over cars and people purposely.

LT-101As are specialized in urban combat and they will use that to their advantage...

Officer: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN 5 OF OUR TROLL TANKS ARE GONE!? LOOK AGAIN, THEY MUST HAD BEEN MISPLACED!"

Maintenance worker 1: "Sir, I had the entire base look, look, look, and look again but the tanks are nowhere to be found."

Officer: "Those are !@#$@#$ expensive and if ANYONE else had their hands on it, it wouldn't be pretty!"

Maintenance worker 2: "Hey guys, I think our missing tanks are being show on TV..."

Hellhound 1: "We got to stop these $%&@ers. My family is at a doctor's office in Detroit today."

Hellhound 2: "Good thing my family's done grown and gone.... See ya Gabe.. I hope this one works cause I'm out of ideas."

Hellhound 1: "What the hell are you doing Al! Get your $@! back in formation!... MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY, HELLHOUND 2 DOWN, NEED RESCUE AND EMS ON SCENE IMMEDIATELY."

One of the A-10's took a steep dive and drove straight at one of the vehicles, keeping his gun's cross hairs on the vehicle's wheel's. He let open with the Depleted Uranium shells and guided the aircraft into a full throttle collision with the tank. An immense explosion buffeted the interstate as the full weight of the air frame, its fuel, and what remained of on board ordinance collided with the vehicle like a gigantic kinetic warhead.

"Hellhound 1, this is U.S. Centcom. Roger. We need you to keep lock on the tanks. Stay at altitude, use your ground radar. We have GPS guided kinetic kill Tomhawks inbound. They can't be shot down. ETA: 2 minutes. It's going to make a mess of downtown, but we haven't got a choice.. the tanks will wreck the whole city so we have to do some triage. Hopefully people in the adjacent blocks of the impact site have been watching the news and area already evacuated."

The Tomahawks would come in hot at high altitude.. diving straight down at the tops of the tanks so as to maximize the difficulty of shooting at them. Additionally.. since their entire payload was a tungsten/titanium/steel spear.. there was no way of stopping it from reaching its destination in tact once pegged.

The LT-101A tank that was targeted noticed the incoming aircraft and DU rounds, pointed its cannon at it, and fired, though it was a little too late. The DU rounds only dented the armoring that covered the tracks but the explosion resulted in one of the tracks being disabled but the other one was still functional, causing the tank to speed around in a tight circle. The explosion also blew away part of the armoring and revealed the warped overlapping tungsten carbine plates in the upper part of the tank.

Another LT-101A tank backed up, moved behind the partially disabled tank, and started shoving it to join with the rest of the tanks, unwilling to leave its comrade to die in the open. As they entered Detroit's outskirt, they spread out to avoid being wiped by a single large missile and to maximize the destruction and death inflicted. The disabled tank was shoved into a hiding position inside a warehouse overlooking one of the highway bridges.

However, they never noticed the incoming missiles...

The warehouse went up in an immense explosion as the missile impacted the one hidden within. The other 4 were also struck with the huge spear of metal going straight through them like a hot-knife through butter due to the speed of impact and the mass of the metal. Combined with the impact of the earth, the heat generated a shock-wave and the impact a crater.. the interior of the tanks would be obliterated by the combination of shock and the spray of molten metals into machinery components and electronics. The craters left were as if a 500-1000 lb bomb had been dropped. The real damage of these types of weapons however came at the focal point of impact where most of the mass was driven. Around them though the blast from the final impact with the ground had caused an entire city block to fold in. The highway bridge nearby toppled under the combined impacts which registered as category 3 earthquakes on nearby seismometers.

The tanks' ammunition and fuel were ignited upon the impact, further blowing them apart. At the end, all five if them were reduced into scattered burning metal pieces.

Bob the farmer: "Yep, but they don't even affect the fungi. I am going to send a sample of this to the district's LCDC (Livestock and Crop Disease Control) office to see what they can do."

Jave the farmer: "Already did. They said that they don't know what it is and have forwarded to the DA (department of agriculture) for identification."

"It's probably TUO reacting to the clamp-down from a few weeks back. We're going to tighten domestic security, we strongly recommend you do the same. I'd hate to have to start trying to convince the national community to run an anti-terror war in your back yard for you. You may send an inspection team to review the remains of your tanks if you like after our forensics takes a look.. maybe you can identify something telling like if they were in some way modified. For the now, I need to go, still have a summit to run. I hope we have a less eventful evening."

Also, somebody had mailed documents to our news agencies accusing your government of various terrorist activities in our and your country.

The U.S. government has released their primary suspected perpetrator as the TUO, a former terrorist group that inhabited Michigan and which has harassed both governments. The President's response has been both somber.. and cool."

A replay of President Caudill being interviewed outside the White House was put on the screen, "We are confident the perpetrators of these actions are the terrorist group that goes by the initials TUO. We look at their most recent activity as an opportunity to finally nail a few of the responsible individuals and are working closely with GLP to do our best to avoid escalation and to get a grip on the intelligence concerns involving the protection of their technology, property, and equipment. It is vital we secure these items so that they may not be procured by terrorists for their use. Meanwhile, on both sides of the GLP-USA border, :

A small group of masked people were assembling a mid-range missile launcher and loading it. After they were finished, on both sides, they fired the stealth missiles at the same time.

One missile was targeting Detroit, the other was targeting Toronto. A few minutes later, the missile from USA's side ignited over Toronot's downtown area, killing thousand of residents and damaging dozens of buildings in the blast. When it was detected, it was already too late to shoot it down but it did tell the radar operators of where the missile might have came from. The other missile that was flying from GLP continued to fly toward Detroit.

We're fine, we don't need any counter-terrorism assistance, though the documents from your forensics teams would be useful. My own investigation team is on board an airplane heading for Detroit to take a look at the destroyed tanks. I seriously doubt they can pull off another equipment thief, though a stealth fuel to air missile just ignited over Toronto and the radars never detected it until it entered Toronto. I think there is one heading for you.

If there is a war, I cannot guarantee your government will be around after. We will be looking for people capable of doing their jobs to replace you as elected by your domestic population. The phone rang again...

"Lets talk about this problem face to face. I know we are both frustrated at each other, but we need to form a plan to coordinate our attacks against TUO. In GLP, I just had a nuclear power plant blown and its radioactive toxic heavy metal are being spread and will be spread even more by an upcoming flash flood. On top of that, Toronto was also hit by a missile and just now I received a report from the GLPDA (Department of Agriculture) that nearly all of our crops, such as wheat, oat, and barley, have been infected with weaponized killer fungi. Agriculture consists of a little over 30% of our GDP and if that sector goes crashing down, then GLP's economy would be ruined and food shortage will occur. Also, the GLPDHS (Department of Homeland Security) had reviewed documents from the "Operation Crack Down" and suspects that maybe a few of TUO's supporters are still inside your country.

Bashing each other will not help, in fact, it might even encourage TUO's remaining members to take advantage of the chaos and annoy both of us even more. They are experienced opportunists. If they see a weak spot, they will exploit it.

When can we meet? The sooner we come up with a plan, the less damage TUO can inflict on us."
