That time for the Republic is now. As such, the Republic of Sovereign States declares war on it's own IRC channel, #rep. Confirmed battle reports state that this mere announcement has already sent the government of #rep into total disarray. To keep #rep from going into complete anarchy, however, the benevolent government of the Republic of Sovereign States has unilaterally appointed a viceroy, #rss. I suppose whatever the highest amount of reps a single alliance in the past has paid, but multiplied by a factor of 1,000. So perhaps trillions of CN dollars.
