Every time I tried it told me this: "You already have a Cyber Nations account. If you do not remember your user name or password you can have it sent to you." Now, I've been playing as Find The Real and today I decided I wanted a new ruler name at reset, so I unchecked the appropriate box in my profile. I wanted to create the ruler "Jigsaw" though I attempted to sign up with a variety of names and a variety of e-mail addresses, including my old name/e-mail. I also attempted to recover my password but the screen told me CN didn't have any of the nations I attempted to create (including my old name) on record. Thanks in advance.
