kitex Posted January 25, 2010 Report Share Posted January 25, 2010 (edited) Best of Friends Pact New Canada/Blue Heaven Free Trade Agreement Preamble: In an effort to promote peace, friendship, and mutual prosperity, the nations of New Canada and Blue Heaven do hereby agree to the following accords: Section I: New Canada and Blue Heaven agree to eliminate protective tariffs on all goods imported from the other. Section II: New Canada and Blue Heaven agree to reduce port usage fees on all commercial vessels registered to each other. Section III: Neither New Canada nor Blue Heaven shall hinder the establishment of branch locations of the other nation's corporations within one's own nation and, once established, these foreign corporations shall be taxed equally with domestic corporations. Article 3: Cancellation Section I: Should either signatory of this treaty deem it prudent to withdraw their signature, notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance.
