Itsuki Koizumi
So i know that each nuke does 0.1 damage to the enviroment but i also read someone that is also maxed at 0.5 w/ 5 nukes until getting the Hidden Nuclear Missile Silo. So what I'm asking is if the nuke enviro penalty is capped at 0.5.

You receive the 0.1 damage to your environment for every nuke you have meaning if you max out your nukes at 20, you suffer 2 points of damage. With a HNMS maxing your nukes at 25, that means 2.5 points of damage.

Sakura
25 nukes here -- and an environment penalty of 2.5 (incidentally, it was 2 when I didn't have my HNMS.) Two or three border walls cancels out the negative environmental effects quite nicely, though. Edit: Oops, hit "add reply" before reading the whole thread.
