The Council runs along the same lines as a Democracy, their jobs are to monitor any laws passed by the current head of the Monarchy and to determine whether or not these are acceptable. If more than half vote so, then the Monarchical Leader law or policy will be overruled. These members are chosen by a vote at each town within Moonbossa. During his younger years he was cattle herder with his father. When war broke out, he signed on with a group of mercenaries to show them how to survive in the mountain regions of Europa. He and his group where attacked, only he survived and after the war he bought passage back to Moonbossa. Upon his arrival he campaigned passionately for the return of a tribal leadership government. After many years the local government voted on Moonbossa's independence and it was granted. Establishing Tade = Increase in trade with local inhabitance. 3. Mass Recruitment Drive = Increase in Standing Soldiers and Tank numbers, along with improvement of relations with other nations and introduction to CAN alliance. 4. Monbossa and CAN talks = Monbossa joins the CAN Alliance. 5. Creation of Mobossa News Network = First broadcast detailing government spending in education and military along with the announcement of a policy to implement national service. 6. Monbossa Signs Non-Agression Treaty = Non-Aggression Treaty with Jhoto Empire. 7. Monbossa Tele-Communication = Monbossa sets up Secret Service and the location of a nuclear weapon is discovered. 8. Operation Falcon = Monbossa forces engage and neutralise Cult of Damned terrorists and take the Nuclear weapon.
