DeRaadspensionaris Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 The Republic of the United Netherlands now also recognizes the Council of Ten as the sovereign government of the State of Conti and wishes to normalize relations. Federal President van Slingelandt therefore invites the Council of Ten to formally meet in The Hague for a summit between our countries. Council of Ten Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 Upon recommendation of the Council of Ten, the Great Council has overwhelmingly voted in favour of the recognition of the Republic of Normandy and the Republic of United Netherlands. Invitations of their respective governments to begin talks have been accepted. Cllr Charles de Kervaen, Head of the Council of Ten will personally attend meetings in Nyahemstad and The Hague. IC: A private jet, with permission from Council will land in the capital of Conti, and take them into Normandy. As Normandy lacks border with control except for the occasional passport checks with the Netherlands.
