king of cochin
As the Terrestrian Empire has collapsed we had negotiated with the Marscurian Pakistan and they had offered us the following land share plan. The black strip of land in the center is the territory to be ceded to Cochin. We would like the consent of Rebel Army to this land deal. We would also like to annex Tajikistan and the Eastern Afghan provinces to secure a land corridor to this territory in Balochistan. We hope you will find this deal favorable. KaiserMelech Mikhail
We find this favorable. We may have some secondary requests for Rebel Army, but they will come later.
Lavo
We are not pleased with this land grab by Cochin. You do not need so much land, and you already have ports you may use via the DE, although we will (reluctantly) allow the black strip to be yours. We are alright with the ME's claims. The area seceded to us will be added to the Rebel Army Protectorate until the a self-dependent and stable local government forms.
KaiserMelech Mikhail
To improve the security of the country, the Sultan has begun steps that will result in the annexation of the new province of East Balochistan.

KaiserMelech Mikhail
ooc: I see Marscuria is pulling a chairman and putting the puzzle of Pakistan together piece by piece. :-) OOC: Well, we would like as much Pakistan as possible to be included in Marscurian Pakistan. Also, my main population center was located right on the border, so this has a great deal to do with national defense.
king of cochin
The small strip of land accorded by Marscurian Pakistan and Rebel Army to Cochin received its first visitors in the form of a Marine Task Force which landed a company of Marines and a team of engineers from the Corps of Engineers. As of now there is no overland connection with the Kingdom so all connectivity shall be by sea and if Pakistan permits through road.
Sumeragi
OOC: Assuming this whole thing is open... IC: We congratulate Rebel Army on their honorable stance of this issue *Private* "Serves Cochin right, thinking they can expand when accusing others of expansionism." Maelstrom Vortex
"We're glad to see the regional participants fixing these easily resolvable dilemmas. We're very happy to have such reliable partners in RA and Marscuria. Cochin had been needing its own port for a while now. Their navy is quite impressively huge." king of cochin
OOC:Perhaps it will be a token lesson to expansionists about the way this negotiation was done. Completely peaceful. And the territory claimed was for pure strategic reasons else it would not have been granted. We requested something, it was denied, and we are able to live with this. We do not deal with shady activities. We deal with things openly. With regards to territorial expansion I do not think acquisition of a territory with a total perimeter of 1000 Km is a huge thing. The strip of land is a bare 25 Miles wide. Can this ever be likened to other expansion attempts whereby with an ingenious trick in topography one tries to claim an entire region?
