outworld Posted May 22, 2009 Report Share Posted May 22, 2009 So one day we all went to watch a football game, which is very popular here in the Yellow sphere, and in the middle of our drunken celebration we looked over to our right and couldn’t believe our eyes! Super Bowl winning quarterback Dan Marino was sitting right next to us ….okay, okay I exaggerated the Super Bowl winning part, so sue me. Anyways GRAN likes to hang out with cool people and after only a few minutes of talking to Dan Marino we realized he was a really cool person, so without further a due we would like to present the following…. Article I: Protection GRAN herby's takes full protection of the alliance now know as Yellow Guard. Article II: Independence The Actions that Yellow Guard takes will not be forced by upon GRAN. GRAN grants full independence to the Alliance of Yellow Guard. Yellow Guard is free to do as they please economically and Diplomatically as long as it does not effect both alliances in a negative manner. Article III: Nonaggression Both alliances nor members within shall enter in hostilities against the other alliance or its members. Hostilities shall be defined has military aggression, espionage, financial aid to an enemy of a signatory, and any other mission that may be detrimental to the other signatory. Article IV: Aid Should one signatory alliance be in need of monetary assistance, it should be expected that the other signatory alliance will be willing to contribute to help meet the demands of said alliance within reason. These requests will follow the normal process of notifying the other signatory through appropriate means. Article V: Trading Both alliances being on the yellow sphere have the ability to enter aid-free trade circles and ability to help each other set one up. For trade circles that are breaking up a 48 hour warning must be given so the Trade circle can replace the leaving member. Article VI: Intelligence Both signatories pledge to pass on information that would prove to be beneficial to the other. This should be done following the proper guidelines and proper channels. Article VII: Withdrawal If either signatory alliance feels that this treaty has been unjustly violated, inactive, or diplomatic negotiations have not offered any sort of resolution, they have the right to withdraw from the treaty by the express will of their respective decision making bodies. Notification of withdrawal must be given to the other signatory within 72 hours. Should this treaty be revoked by either alliance, a 72 hour grace period begins in which neither alliance may declare war on the other. Also there will be no size or time cut off for this treaty, It will be ended and/or upgraded when both parties agree upon it.
