Their homeland is actually geographically closer to the area than many of yours. (OOC: It is really close to him, cross the Arctic Ocean.) You can only blame people when they actually did something. You are an Imperial nation, no? We moved in troops to protect ourselves we are not entering any kind of combat. Clearly you do not know the difference between Imperial and Imperialist as such we will quote from one of the databases. Imperialism has two meanings; one describing an action and the other describing an attitude. 1. Imperialism is also used to refer to situations where the mode of control is less formal ; for instance where the dominant country's influence or control in the subordinate areas is economic, not involving overt territorial conquest. (Age: 1815-1914) 2. Attitude: Imperialism is the attitude of superiority, subordination and domination over foreign peoples. So an Empire does not need to be Imperialist. If anything, you've just made it more difficult for yourselves by doubling the amount of land you need to guard. We demand that you retract your claim and your soldiers immediately. At it's closest, the Agmarian empire is over 1,600 miles away. At our closest, it's 1,500 miles away and it's only about 1,300 miles from Brunswick. (OOC: It's really just psychological. What's more, the land is simply a protectorate. The Agmarians did not subjugate the peoples therein into their empire. OOC: I know, I just think it's fair to say.
