enderland
A nation must remain up to date on their bills in order to perform certain transactions in the game which includes the ability to make purchases of infrastructure, land, technology, improvements, and wonders, the ability to spy on another nation, the ability to purchase all military equipment (except soldiers), For nations that are quite a few days late on paying bills, the option to purchase soldiers no longer exists. I forget how many, but know for a fact at some point you get locked out of being able to buy soldiers. Jack Shepard
Not 100% sure but I remember reading before that when you get bill locked, you can purchase soldiers for 1 day, and then on the next day you are locked out of buying soldiers too... but yeah could be clearer if that is the case. admin
Thanks for the report. The purchase of soldiers should be limited just like all bill locked actions. The issue has been corrected.
