raskull Posted February 7, 2009 Report Share Posted February 7, 2009 I can't login to CN right now to verify, but I suspect this is probably the all too common infrastructure rounding bug. You probably have slightly less infrastructure than the rounded value that is displayed, and this rounded value is probably being passed to the flash military advistor tool, leading it to believe that you have a tiny bit more infrastructure than you actually do.
