In recognition of a friendship that hopefully will mature soon, the nations have signed a non-aggression pact. All allies of both parties are encouraged to join in this peace. Both parties agree to hunt down the Rebel Virginians on their side of the border, and shall not engage those on the other side of the border without express consent.
