Arkantos
I am here today to annouce the Atlantian Federation's newest project: New Aachen. New Aachen will serve as the capitol of the Federation. So far, we have completed about 30% of the city. Here are some pictures of the city, all artist renderings, after construction is complete. This is a picture of the only semi-completed part of New Aachen. An artist's rendering of what the Atlantian Cathedral will look like when completed. A rendering of what New Aachen is expected to look like at the end of construction.

Lyzah
Your strong desires for wealth, and construction could ultimately be the destruction of your nation. Advance with caution.
Subtleknifewielder
Your strong desires for wealth, and construction could ultimately be the destruction of your nation. Advance with caution. Oh, they no doubt will. But it is not wrong to desire every citizen to possess basic necessities, among which is the need for shelter. Something many of our own citizens lack at this present time, through no fault of our own.

Mergerberger II
We can't help but note that this will cost a very good deal of money. We wonder how your people will feel about the subsequent heavy taxes...

Subtleknifewielder
Desator Industries is paying for half of the construction. The government is paying the other half. That still leaves quite a bill for the government to pay. We hope this doesn't put you into too much of a deficit.
Arkantos
We don't believe it will. We had quite a bit of steel left over from the Alteans, which means we need to import very little for construction. All in all, the whole New Aachen is going to cost arounf 70 billion Atl. Pounds (7 billion USD) Desator Industries pays 35 billion, and the government pays 35 billion, whcih we can recover in 10-12 months worth of income tax alone. We are feeding them normal food, it was just laced with TONS(not literal) of Caffine. They will probably die after this.
