tp71the2nd Posted January 19, 2009 Report Share Posted January 19, 2009 Wow...some of you guys need to chill...the reason we're so old and small...is when we started playing this game, it was always a dream of ours to build an alliance from the ground up ourselves. We never joined a sanctioned alliance, and don't have the desire to do so. We are trying to do something different and if you have a problem with that thanks, duely noted. He may have posted this in the wrong place, sorry if we offended anyone. We are not after anyones members, we are not trying to create war, only trying to do something fun and something we've been trying to do for a while. And yes, we're old, we're small, but at the same time, we learned all the things we've learned on our own, with no help from anyone and it took a while to figure everything out. We've learned a lot in our two years and we believed it was finally time to try our hand at this once more. We only came here to recruit and see if anyone wanted to help build up a new alliance and try to do something fun. Sorry to anyone who is offended by it, again, we had no intention of stealing or recruiting other members from other alliances, it was just a notice to anyone who desired to maybe be a part of a new government and have a chance to show their skills in certain areas. To any member from Orion, we didn't realize of your name when we came up with ours. We decided on Glorion because we felt like it, and its kinda fun. And to those advising us to get a protectorate, already working on that part, but thanks for the advice nonetheless. Lord Monkey Posted January 19, 2009 Report Share Posted January 19, 2009 (edited) IMO coming out and starting an alliance with absolutely no prior backing, connections, or even a basic government setup is a recipe for failure. Also its highly unlikely that you'll find any competent applicants as anyone with the qualities you're looking for wouldn't have any reason to leave the alliance they put so much time into. If they do leave their alliance for whatever reason they'll probably start up their own alliance with friends they've made over their time in CN.
