  2. IMO coming out and starting an alliance with absolutely no prior backing, connections, or even a basic government setup is a recipe for failure. Also its highly unlikely that you'll find any competent applicants as anyone with the qualities you're looking for wouldn't have any reason to leave the alliance they put so much time into. If they do leave their alliance for whatever reason they'll probably start up their own alliance with friends they've made over their time in CN.

  8. This update really sucks. People who trade for coal, oil, and other non environment friendly resources are screwed. I lost 4k citizens and about 600k income from this.

  14. Freek is correct, a tech deal for 100 tech done right can net you 1.4 mil in profit. Thats good money for any small developing nations. Also thanks for the recommendation Freek
