thedestro
Answer: Don't make an alliance. If you have to ask how to make one, you're definitely not ready to run one- it's a lot of work. Take it from me. But if you really want to, Make up a name Set your AA to that name Set up alliance forums on a place like invisionfree.com And that's it. Then you have to manage everything else. HHAYD
Don't try to make an alliance from scratch, try joining one first to gain experience and see how does alliances work. Plus, have 20+ or nations that want to join your alliance ahead of time. The more members you have in your alliance, the less likely rouges and tech raiders are going to attack your members. For extra protection, seek protection from larger alliances that highly stable and peaceful. Edited November 7, 2008 by HHAYD
