admin Posted December 22, 2023 Report Posted December 22, 2023 Cyber Nations Tournament Edition Round 65 starts on December 29th. Some key updates for the next round include the following: Foreign Aid will be allowed in this next round. There are no limits to the amount of money or technology that can be sent. The limit of foreign aid that can be sent has been set to $50,000,000 and 2,500 tech. A Federal Aid Commission wonder is required by both the sender and receiver of the foreign aid agreement. The Federal Aid Commission wonder requires 2,000 infrastructure to purchase. Nations can specify a CN:Stanard nation name in their nation edit screen. If their tournament edition nation reaches 1+ million casualties (defending + attacking) during the tournament round then the CN:Standard nation that they specify will be rewarded with +250 technology at the end of the current tournament round. Only one reward of +250 technology will be applied per nation in CN:Standard. You can specify your own CN:Standard nation name or someone else's. Important: If you do not input a nation name in your edit nation screen or if you miss-spell the nation name to receive the award no adjustments will be made after the end of the tournament round. Nations can edit their resources every 5 days instead of every 7 days. This will be a 120 day tournament round. There will be two new wonders added to the upcoming tournament round: Area 51 Base - $3,000,000 - Increases soldier efficiency +25%, Increases nuclear missile infrastructure damage +5%, Increases aircraft infrastructure damage +10%. Economic Stimulus Package - $3,000,000 - Increases population income +$5.00 and increases population happiness +5 on the day that you purchase this wonder. Then due to resulting rising inflation impacting your nation, over 60 days it gradually reduces population income to a max decrease of -$5.00 and reduces population happiness to a max decrease of -5. The Economic Stimulus Package cannot be destroyed once it is created.

admin Posted January 13 Author Report Posted January 13 Update to the foreign aid limits in the original post above. Foreign aid is still on, and the caps are set really high, just not unlimited as I found that is going to end up breaking the game (both the back-end and the overall gameplay).
