So I decided to go back to the flag selection option to search for a new one. I saw a couple I liked and then realized that several were associated with alliances. Now I know that the ones listed as real-world flags (Albania, USA etc.) are available, but what about the other "custom" flags? Any constraints on adopting one? I assume only really large groups of nations are allowed to customize a flag in this cyberverse. winstonopai Posted January 10, 2008 Report Share Posted January 10, 2008 A lot of small nations pick cool-looking ones even though they do not know what they get associated with for flying that certain flag. Little NPO nations with GATO's flag, and vice versa... good for a laugh here and there But if you're not sure about a specific flag, send a message to just about any big nation and they'll let you know what it stands for or means. I didn't know this happened. But at least you contact them first. (Personally, my favorite custom flag is the ODN followed by the VE.)
