Najambia is officially no longer recognized by Gallifrey since the insurgants were found armed in our nation. You have 24 hours to disband your government and surrender your leadership or actions will be taken

The East-American Union will stand by our ally Gallifrey in this situation. Diplomatic talks have already dissolved; the sensible thing to do would be for your entire government to step down and be replaced.
The Confederation of Κυκλοι, standing with its fellow American nations, withdraws recognition of the sitting government in Najambia and invites other American nations to stand as one in condemnation of this violent and lying regime, and not be fooled by their recent actions clearly manufactured to fool those nations who have threatened military action against their tyranny.

"Nuts! Any attempt to interfere with New Panama military operations against a terrorist state will be considered nothing less than an active declaration of war on the state of New Panama and will result in nothing less than a full military response on any such nation."
The Confederacy discourages New Panama from taking any action which may provoke war outside of Najambia, and to stand with Grand Papua in attempting to garner African support for the liberation of Najambia.

Two African nations have already shared their position and course of action. We urge all to consider these positions and work with us to react appropriately to this situation.

As long as Tafazdwa, a self confessed terrorist. is in control we will strongly disagree with sending civilians into Najambia. It would be too great a risk to their lives. Should Tafazdwa step down we will send observers in.

It is your choice to participate, but we ask that you hold off any aggressive actions until it is determined necessary by observers who are there. It is much easier to go right into actions when you will not have to deal with them in your homeland, or once you leave. The PRA and other African nations will have to handle this even after your forces leave and will feel the effects directly on our nation, and as such, the PRA asks that you act with discretion for the region as a whole, and not just your national interests, while they are indeed an important factor.

A full invasion was never part of the plan, it will be an extremely discrete war I assure you. We will hold off overt attacks until after any observers have had a chance to determine just exactly what the hell is going on. For this reason I will send and observer to be part of that team if you would agree to it. Should they refuse any observers entry into Najambia however we will take this to mean the government is harboring terrorists and act accordingly.

Time: 23:03
Location: International waters off the coast of Najambia

The 8 Astute class submarines arrived 13 miles off the coast of Najambia. In each, 6 men climbed into their dry dock in full diving gear. All their equipment was stowed away in water tight boxes which would be towed behind their SDV. When they were close enough to the shore the 4 operators would disembark and take with them the equipment while the drivers would return the SDV to the submarines. They would arrive at the same point in 5 minute intervals, each group covering the next's arrival and regrouping further inland. For the initial few days they would remain away from any populated areas, finding an isolated place to commence operations from.

Team Alpha waited the order to depart on their 2 hour journey. They received it and launched from the submarine.

The New Panama submarines would never make it to sure. Passing through the dense anti-submarine web set up by the aircraft carriers and the submarines, they would be detected. The ASW helicopters dropped depth charges to force the submarines to at least stop, if not surface. At the same time, hydrophones were used to contact the New Panama subs.

"State your origins, and stop all actions. Failure to comply will be taken as hostile actions."

OOC: Rota hasn't responded, Timmy. I suggest not going any further.

Grand Papua acknowledges the surrender, and will be sending a small force for the preparation of arrests. All movements on our part shall be coordinated with African countries.

*Movements*

Two companies of the Fuso Naval Infantry would accompany Triest Stettin in landing at the capital of Lagos, both as a protection measure and for arrests. As the aircraft carrier carrying the commander approached the city to dock at the port of Apapa, Stettin could only start about the next mission which might possibly start. Upon final discussions with the African countries, the arrests would be made, and any other forces that might attempt to interfere, such as those submarines of unknown origin, there will be use of force.

OOC: Next time, state so in an OOC. I'm not one to like double play by the lack of notification on part of someone other than you.

OOC: You would have to pass through my forces to get anywhere near Lagos. There's only a few set paths one could take in the Gulf, especially since you're using the Astute which isn't as suitable for littoral operations as the Virginia.

This is the PSSN Astute of the New Panama Navy. Those depth charges are damned close, any more and we will be forced to retaliate. We are currently undergoing operations to insert operators into Najambia and the dry docks are a high risk of collapsing with men inside them. Now who are you and what do you want?

This is the IFN Akagi of the Imperial Fuso Navy, part of Grand Papua. We had not been notified of your presence and thus was taking precautionary measures. We have received full authorization to conduction joint operations with your forces to bring the terrorists to justice. The depth charges shall be called off. Keep in contact.

"Due to the fact they have already surrendered we feel the need for covert operations has passed. As our troops are equipped for guerilla tactics we no longer feel our presence is necessary. Good luck."

And with that the submarines which had been so looking forward to a guerilla warfare against the Yaza Hajin turned around and went back to Panama.

Tafadzwa was surrendered to the Papua Military, and her reign was effectively considered as a historical thing of the past. The French Speaking people of Najambia begin a revolution to establish a Federal Parliamentary Constitutional Republic. Under the Chancellor Babirye Mbadinuju. Her parliament consist of:
The New Cabinent of Affairs consists of

The other government members will be chosen by elections under way, but as the New Najambian Constitution (Which is still under construction) lists, All government members must be female, due to "The Natural Sensitivity Females have towards human rights and the leadership skills that are born in every female". Males are not allowed to serve a "Top" government position, but are allowed to serve as Deputies. Chancellor Babirye promises elections soon for many other ministerial positions to lead the nation in an effective and democratic way. A bill has been proposed to rename Najambia to a new name, in order to preserve a "More Perfect Union and cleanse Tafadzwa's ways."

Najambia is under complete reconstruction and restructuring as a better and effective African Nation.

Parliamentary Forces enter in some of the most high-opposition regions in order to destroy the former dictatorship and re-establish democracy and peace unto the people located there. Lagos, being one of the largest opposition regions was reported to have a police force who was mixed on their government support, and would apprehend in support of their personal political party, not following the new Najambian Constitution. Chancellor Babirye Mbadinuju has approved of the presence and policing actions of the Parliament Forces that are entering in to Lagos. Other concerned regions have been marked down and are considered to be of low-opposition. Lagos remains to be the only "High Opposition" Region, due to it is the location of Tafadzwa's Palace. Her most loyal supporters take refuge in homes across Lagos, Several Yaza Hajin Operatives have been arrested and not many have been able to go in public without heavy questioning and suspcion. The Parliament is highly encouraged to keep pressing on in Lagos, but is in fear of ARMED rebel opposition. There were many opinions on the subject, including a new quote into the Najambian History Books; "This country was reformed by a movement that cost no blood, it will be rare that Lagos will go without blood" - Parliament Member Lindiwe Igbinedion.

In Other news a 5-1 Parliament Vote Passed today officially renaming the Nation of Najambia as "The Republic of Paris". Several Businesses,Government Buildings, Road Signs, and Websites have already been updating their information to include the newly named nation with already a rich history in the world. Chancellor Mbadinuju has been remarked as saying that the nation has had the "Loudest Voice in Africa" for the past few months, since the last Yaza Hajin outbreak, where a World War was close to erupting. Chancellor Mbadinuju has also remarked depending on funds given by newly formed Economic Census, which is expected to be worse than last year, that it will be a low to Moderate spending spent on the defense from Yaza Hajin Insurgencies. The Military will always stand by with immediate response to any outbreaks although.
