I announce the creation of the Peoples' Republic of Finland. Justinian the Mighty Posted November 12, 2011 Report Share Posted November 12, 2011 In the name of His Majesty Justinian I, Emperor of Russia and Grand Duke of Finland, the Slavorussian government does hereby recognize the independence and sovereignty of Finland on the conditions that; 1. The Grand Duke shall allowed to retain official use of his honorary titles related to Finland 2.
