[/quote] You seem to be out of touch with the reality of the situation. A blanket protection of unaligned nations is about the least practical concept anyone could put forward on the subject, so of course nobody's going to do that. Of course NEAT lacks the ability to enforce an end to tech raiding, but I missed when they said that's what they're trying to do. This is not 2007, Walrus is not Walford. NEAT is one of the best groups around who take action to oppose raiding within the realm of the practical. They actually work a lot on making sure raid victims know their options and provide them with a haven if they decide they would like one. They talk about helping the little guy, and they actually do so. You can thump your chest and talk about how great your casualties are all you want, but telling NEAT they contribute to stagnation and never take action because they don't go to war all the time is just plain wrong.
