The British forces established a base of operations on the outskirts of Parentopolis, vast quantities of land were used for storage and Engineers worked tirelessly for days in heavy vehicles to construct earthworks and sand berms around the camps perimiter. RAF personel arrived at the Parentopolis Airport, shutting down the civilian capacity and begining their own operations for the twenty RAF jets that would be using it as a base. Hundreds of vehicles laden with supplies, ammunition and heavy munitions for the jets snaked their way from the Port to the British Base.

The Aircraft to be used in the coming campaign were unloaded onto large, heavy lifting vehicles and were carefully escorted by several AFAV's to the Airport. Due to the size of the aircraft, the jets were taken through the docksides before moving into open ground and out towards the hangars.

A message from Whitehall, all British forces in the Empire of the Near East were ordered to evacuate.
The Black Watch Corps along with the two squadrons of aircraft were re-loaded back onto the ships merely hours after they first began disembarking and establishing a FOB for operations in New Akkad.

Only three of the jets had been unloaded from the ships so it would only take a few hours to load them back on again before the Merchant Marine Fleet set sail once again for England.

The Blackwatch itself would set sail in the late afternoon when the last few tanks and containers were loaded up again.

If we have correctly translated messages from Britain regarding restrictions placed on Slavorussian shipping and being enforced by the British navy, it would constitute a serious setback in Anglo-Russian relations. Such restrictions would not be adhered to and we would be left with very unsavory options.

It is unfortunate Slavorussia feels the way it does. These restrictions are in place to protect the British Isles from attack and as Slavorussia is a possible combatant in a possible war, we cannot allow your shipping or aircraft near the British Isles, the exception being diplomatic aircraft. Any Slavorussian shipping will recieve three warnings beforehand, but failure to change course away from British maritime territory will result in the use of force.

What is really unfortunate is that you are inflaming a situation that you think you're trying to prevent. The reality of the matter is that our alert status is up because of the USI's mobilizaiton of force. Parliament will not look favorably on your attempt to blockade us while they are reevaluating our treaty.

Private Response to Slavorussia

Britain was within minutes of launching pre-emptive strikes against the USI when they mobilised until we got an explanation. You are doing what they did. They are expecting Slavorussia to hit their homeland so they mobilied. We expected them to hit us so we mobilised, and you expected them to hit you, and so you mobilised.

Im stuck inbetween upholding our alliance to the bitter end, and a doctrine put in place since Englands independance to ensure we never again come under foreign rule. Believe me when I say a friendship with Slavorussia is something I want. I must make clear though, any breach of British maritime territory will be responded too with deadly force."

So now you are making threats toward your own ally. How nice. You're reinforcing social beliefs in Russia that western nations are blood sucking imperialist pigs. You are not upholding our alliance, you are smashing it. I find it intriguing how the British treat their friends. Most people do not spit in their friends' faces.

Your intelligence needs a major overhaul if you think raising our military to AlertCon 3 necessitates a full scale mobilization of our offensive weapons.

The Slavorussian Parliament views this as an act of aggression against the empire and will see that as grounds to cancel the treaty if this attempt to blockade us persists.

It is no threat, we are letting you know where we stand in regards to this paticular crisis. The restriction will remain in place and we urge you to see reason and stand down in Europe. Your forces in Antarctica are fine, but the European theatre must not explode into war.

We will uphold the restriction and we hope you heed our warning Mr Prime Minister. Stay away from the British Isles until the crisis has passed and this does not need to escalate.

The United Federation of the East will not recognize the blockade especially pertaining to Archangelsk. Any attempt to restrict or harass commercial or military shipping between the Federation and its Nordic Allies in Archangelsk will be responded to most severely.

Britain is not blockading Slavorussian ports, nor will we be interfering with other nations shipping to and From Slavorussia. We have simply closed British territorial waters to shipping and aircraft bearing Slavorussian markings, with the exception of aircraft which are known diplomatic craft, from entering Sovereign British waters. Nothing more and nothing less.

We will not stand down when the enemy is preparing to attack. the USI has raised it's defenses and so shall we. If we had military offensive weapons anywhere near the USI you might be justified for doing this, but we do not.

Public
The British have placed ships to block our shipping from the North Sea to Svalbard and Franz Josef Land. This is effectively a blockade of Slavorussia. They have threatened to attack our shipping interests if we do not comply with their demands. Such is the magnanimity and trustworthiness of the British government.
