After a few months of existence, DICE or Deck of International Card Experts, has decided to open recruiting up. We have been growing steadily sense our creation. We are an invite only alliance and strive to remain elite. We dont have any requirements or tests to pass, but instead only ask that you use aid slots and grow, keep a war chest, answer ingame spam and dont act stupid. Elite right? All of our members are self sustaining, but dont let that fool you into thinking we are weak and uncoordinated.
We are a young aqua Alliance with a select group of members. Each member gets or requests a Card I.D., i.e. 10 of clubs or 8 of diamonds. You can have the card you choose if its not taken. All face cards and aces are reserved for Government or over-achievers. We have tons of tech for sale internally and trade circles if needed.
