Avalanche has been protected by the New Polar Order via The Blizzard Pact protectorate treaty for just over six months. Both alliances agree that it's time to upgrade The Blizzard Pact protectorate treaty to a MDoAP. So without further ado, I formally present the upgraded treaty.
