    Warm Fuzzy Feelings

    10 Minutes ago the Phantom Warrior Corps learned that there are other alliances on this vast planet that is Bob! We have found a friend in the Spootland region of the cyberverse that has made us feel all fuzzy inside. This warm fuzzy feeling has made us fall in love with all that is SPAAA.

    Friends without further adieu I present you with this PIAT between SPAAA and Phantom.

    Preamble

    All parties involved in this treaty are to remain sovereign and shall not be governed by the other party. They shall remain separate unless stated in another treaty.

    The main purpose of this treaty is to show friendship and good relations with the other party. Breaches of this treaty shall have no material consequences but shall however been seen as a breach of friendship and togetherness of these two alliances.

    Article 1: Peace

    Both nations agree not to attack, or commit any actions of espionage on the other party. Such actions are regarded as a breach of this treaty.

    Article 2: Intelligence

    Both parties agree to share all relevant information of worth. It is agreed that this information shall not be falsified, or changed in any way, to mislead the other party. Such falsifications shall be regarded as a breach of treaty.

    Article 3: Aid

    Both parties shall agree that they will endeavor to contribute financial aid to the other party. Such aid must be within the limits of reality, and not without reason. Such requests for financial aid shall be placed in the other party's embassy and the leader shall have to acknowledge the aid request. An acceptable reason must be stated, or the requested aid will not be given. Also, aid requests may be rejected, though the other party must have a valid reason. Any aid requests made under false pretences shall be viewed as a breach of this treaty.

    Aid can be given to the other party, even if it breaches an NAP. This treaty overrules all NAP's.

    Article 4: Cancellation

    To cancel this treaty at any time, one party must post a thread on the other party's forums and get acknowledgment from the other party, or post a thread on the official CN forums. Following cancellation, a 48-hour grace period shall begin, during which neither party may breach any of the above listed terms.

    An Official Apology from The Phantom Warrior Corps

    Last night The Phantom Warrior Corps militarized to assist in a war. Our war never happened We had a lot of nations that had militarized and had a bloodlust that needed to be satisfied. So we lifted our No-Tech raiding policy until the end of April to allow those extra militaries to be used. An Army is not effective unless it is used. One of our friends said to us if you want to hit someone just hit IAA as they had just declared on NPO. We said well we really dont have a CB as we are only very indirectly tied but they committed suicide so we dcecided to tech raid three of their nations. Not knowing that this would cause problems in the war plans of other alliances and thinking they wont mind a little help anyways. We Apologize now to TPF, Valhalla, Elysium and Torn for our mistakes. At no time were we intending to aid IAA by filling slots. At no time was our protector aware of our actions. We made a mistake and ask you accept this our sincere apology for our ignorant actions.

    Greetings Planet Bob!

    It is with great pleasure that I stand before you tonight to announce a new home for the Warriors.

    We have also signed a new treaty with Ragnarok, and for this momentous occasion we need to celebrate.

    I started baking cakes and cupcakes and pies to mark this momentous occasion but then I thought hey we are Aqua and some of my Aqua Brothers might like a beer too so I put them together to save time :P

    The End of the Beginning

    In the course of Humanistic events it sometimes become clear to those involved in complex relationships that the twain must part ways. TCB has been posturing behind our backs for some time to force Phantom Warrior Corps to move to Pink. Recently we learned that they have been paying people to cancel trades with members of our alliance in hopes that we would see the Aqua Sphere as a sphere devoid of solid trades. These Actions can not be tolerated. It is with great regret that I must make this declaration.

    Phantom Warrior Corps will no longer be protected by The Centurion Brotherhood and here forth declares war on TCB for their Posturing.

    Terms of Surrender shall be

    Demilitarization of all nations

    All nations must cancel all trades immediately

    20000 Tech paid in 30 days to Members of the Corps

    10000000 Dongs paid in 30 days to Members of the Corps

    TCB will move to Aqua permanently

    All three Triumvirs will leave TCB and enter the NONE alliance

    Cowboy Cornholio shall be established as Viceroy over TCB
