My fellow citizens of Planet Bob, I come before you today to bring a bittersweet announcement: The Aquatic Brotherhood will be merging with the Mostly Harmless Alliance tonight as of update. For some time now the real world has pulled many of TAB's finest away, which is the reason that this merger has come to pass. But even as we move into this next phase of our existence, I would like to pause to say a few words about The Aquatic Brotherhood and the people in it. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes of the disgraced Blue Turtle Alliance, TAB was founded by +Zeke+, Count Rupert and Fatt Sorum. We founded ourselves on principles of honor and fair play and community, wanting to prove to all that not only could we come together and build a solid alliance and a respected alliance, but a lasting alliance. With the help of skilled and dedicated members and leadership we did just that. We became more than that even, we became a family. Wars and crises came and went, and we stood strong, doing our part to defend our allies and strike fiercely at our enemies. We focused on promoting growth and unity within the Aqua Sphere. New members came and rose through the ranks, proving themselves to be both skilled and loyal at every turn. I personally had the honor to watch as some of my own pupils and comrades went on to become great leaders in their own right, and many of their names are known to you: Crushtania, Commander John, Atriedes Phalanx, Scott Robb, BlackjackCF, Hendrik The Great, Jm0406 and many others. The number of great people we have had the pleasure of counting as our membership or as allies in other alliances is indeed too large to quantify, and we want to thank all you most sincerely for your friendship and support through the years. We were not without our troubles, of course. Like any family there were times where our bonds were tested from within and without. Sometimes things worked out well, sometimes not. But the spirit of TAB held strong; even when times got tough and disaster lurked just around the next turn. And it is that spirit that we believe will always live on, no matter what happens. It is a bond that stretches across time and space and cyberspace. No matter what alliance we are in, no matter where our real lives take us, we can hold our heads high and remember that we have achieved the very thing we set out to do. TAB has had a great run, and indeed has lasted longer and done more than many would have ever thought possible. And the principles on which our beloved alliance was founded are timeless as well. We will carry them wherever we go. Once again we would like to thank all of our friends and allies, members and leaders, past and present. Ok I must interject this here. I fought against \m/ in the UJW, actually they didn't do much fighting which is why we called them /m\ because they seemed to be taking a duck and cover stance to war, but I digress. The issue I have here is that you say the destruction of \m/ is a bright spot in history and you present a vivid disdain for an alliance that is no more in existence,even to the point of dragging the dead alliance through the mud, yet a plethora of great alliances that have come out of the remnant of \m/ have done very well and integrated into planet bob. So, Mr. Rebel Virginia, the next time you try to insert your opinion as fact that everybody should receive and process as truth ask a few people if the whole of \m/ was bad, I am sure you will find that while some may agree with your simplistic mindset that screams if one is bad kill them all, the majority of the nations left who knew anything of the UJ war would tell you that a majority of \m/ nations turned out to be great citizens of other alliances. One thing I can say about the members states of Bel Air is this; they are loyal. Which is more than I can say about you. In the past year I have watched you run from one alliance to the other in hopes of finding yourself in a military skirmish. your doing this all backward like. you should find which alliances are like yours in mindset. go visit their channel. get to know them and after you are friendly for a while and develop a relationship then ask them for a treaty. Treaties are the ultimate in diplomacy. Ok let me clarify some things. This resolution is not a call to arms, it is not a call for in-game sanctions, it is simply TAB stating that we do not recognize the sovereignty of this alliance. We have told MD many times that we do not agree with this and that many in TAB would have a problem with it. I even discussed this thread with MD well before I made it and told him what our position would be. We are not militarily attacking BTA, we are not calling for in-game sanctions. Just simply stating that we do not support this action and will not aid in their growth. We are asking our allies to stand by us and not aid in the growth of BTA. I have also relayed to MD that any attempts to recruit from within the ranks of TAB by drawing on the nostalgia of BTA will not be tolerated. now for those of you screaming grow-up and other things, perhaps you should look at the resolution, everything is spelled out in the resolution. At no time does it call for any action other than to say we do not recognize BTA as a sovereign alliance. A resolution is not a call to action, resolutions are issued daily in real politics. I used the word sanction instead of dumbing it down for you and saying we will not send aid or ever offer or accept a treaty. Sanction seemed like a better word to use, guess I was wrong.

You never had a conversation with me from 1153PM - 1159 PM on Saturday June 27th talking where I informed you that TAB was discussing a response to your DoE and it would be something along the lines of TAB and her allies do not recognize the sovereignty of the Blue Turtle Alliance? or what about the conversation with me on May 27th when I told you that many in TAB would not be happy about the reformation of BTA and that it was not a good Idea. The same one where you told me that Crush was pissed. when we were discussing a former BTA member who had applied to TAB for a protectorate. TL;DR -The members of The Aquatic Brotherhood as well as the former members of The Blue Turtle Alliance have spoken in outrage against the decision of certain people to recreate The Blue Turtle Alliance. This is an official request to Master Debater to re-think his decision.

Let me clarify my post. TAB does not support PZI unless the nation has repeatedly been an idiot. In this case I personally have given Tripoli of Secular America 12 separate warnings in 5 days that his actions were going to cause his alliance to suffer. I tried to help him multiple times and multiple times he repented and then turned around and did the same thing again. I even offered him a membership in TAB so I could personally teach him how to play the game. I approached TYR and asked them to drop several wars against The Sobrant Union and Tripoli because Tripoli led me to believe that they were newbies and didn't really know how to play the game. So I offered to take the fledgling alliance under my wing personally and train them. What do they do? They turn around and attack TAB. Now I know you may not like PZI and that is fine neither do I. But hey even in the greatest of judicial systems all around the globe it is 3 strikes your out. What about 12 strikes? I believe we have been lenient enough. I know other members of TAB have given him the same warnings and opportunities multiple times. But all that being said if you read down the page some you would see a post that some one asks so is this a PZI and my response was Not a PZI. Simply ZI'ing these nations and ridding the world of an alliance that has among its goals deception, thievery, and warmongering. But to avoid further confusion I will edit my original post.

This story begins not many days ago when a puppy found his way onto my doorstep. He was a cute puppy. He looked at me with his big brown puppy dog eyes and nudged my leg a little. I had sympathy for the puppy, I could tell he was hungry and needed someone to look after him. I took him home and gave him a bath and some food. The puppy looked happy and I thought it might be nice to have the little puppy around. Not long after I noticed that the puppy seemed to be growing and was doing quite well. The only problem I could see was the puppy kept pooping on the carpet. I tried over and over again to get him to stop. I spanked him with a newspaper and rubbed his nose in it, nothing seemed to work. The puppy was strong willed and constantly pooped on the carpet. I told puppy, " Puppy, I have been very nice to you and you still will not listen, you constantly poop on my carpet and chew my shoes and if you don't stop you are going to have to go." Puppy seemed very apologetic then one day I was away so I asked a friend to check in on puppy and puppy bit him very hard. so hard it drew blood. When I came home and my friend showed me the scars from where puppy had bit him I was very angry. I can not tolerate puppies who are bad and the world has too many bad puppies so I got my shotgun and took puppy to the back yard and shot him. Now I know you may be an animal lover and hate to see such actions but puppy had crossed the lines too many times and found himself in my cross hairs. TL;DR Secular America from the alliance North Pacific is a tech con and a thief. He was warned several times by myself not to get in my cross hairs. The Alliance appears to be a bunch of multi's. Now it is time for Commander John to tell a story, Once upon a time many many days ago, Long before the wars that have ripped the world apart An atrocious group of peddlers and nomads came into our lands, while The Aquatic Brotherhood usually welcomes people of all sorts into our great lands these traders were gypsies who wanted to use our trade routes without paying the appropriate fees or even getting permission from the land owners within our great alliance. The Gypsies traded heavily within our lands and were among the fiercest known in the world. These traders brought undue attention from the Guild that supervises traders in this region of the planet (INTERNIC). The Traders guild levied heavy fines against The Aquatic Brotherhood. When The TABastards did not have the funds to pay the fines The Guild drove all TABbies from their land a three days journey and demanded a fierce payment for the return of the land. All of the TABastards were outraged at this atrocity, they demanded the head of the INTERNIC Guild. To no avail. The TABbies were banished from their lands for what looked like would be an eternity. One day a group of fine brothers from MHA said we will not allow our TABrothers to be in exile any longer. They banded together and helped TABbies to return to their lands. There was much rejoicing in the camp. TAB would finally return from Exile. The Triumvirate of TAB sent scouts into their lands to make sure that all traders have been removed from their lands. The scouts returned with great news. TABbies young and old will sleep in their own beds this weekend. TL;DR- (OOC) TAB site was attacked by spambots 36 days ago, the servers which house TAB forums were seized by INTERNIC for spam abuse and fines were levied against the owner of the server. Reading this thread seriously saddens me. As the External Triumvir of The Aquatic Brotherhood, diplomacy and contact with foreigners in our lands is my duty. I find it disheartening that a former ally and founder of our great alliance has stooped to flaming and baiting us in a thread that has nothing to do with us. I believe this thread is about DOOM entering a war that TAB is no longer a part of. And to set the record straight Phantom Warrior Corps no longer exists but TAB, Phantom, and DOOM agreed on the brink of war in arbitration to never bring this stain on our three alliances into the public view again. Yet here we are digging up old bones hoping to get a little more meat off of them. The Aquatic Brotherhood has already apologized to Zeke many months ago Sargun is no longer a member of TAB and has not been for over 7 months, and The Corps has been disbanded for 5 months. Let it go already. Please stick to our agreement of many months ago and leave TAB alone. Refrain from harassing our members in public or private message. Let it Go. TAB members are hereby instructed to refrain from responding to the obvious baiting that is happening here or in any other thread that this type of conversation appears in. TAB has left this war and wishes to be left out of it.
