I remember all the hubbub when MI6 was but a young alliance playing in the fields, people telling me to steer clear of you diplomatically because you'd never make it. If I'd bothered to stay active, I probably would have disobeyed what they said because I was close to a lot of your founders. I'm glad you've proven all your critics wrong. Keep it up, friends.
You should probably still steer clear of us diplomatically, I hear we're getting rolled soon. :ehm:

You want a 'place to sit' and you also want high govt offers.
Good luck with that.

We have pretty solid graphics and we only hate 98% of Planet Bob, so apply today!

Which ending will we choose? Blue, Green, or Red? Will the angry space child murder Shepard, or merely chide him?
WILL JOKER EVER MAKE SWEET LOVE TO EDI?
Tune in next time on Doombird Effect 3!

Do you realize what you've just done? Now we'll never hear the end of it..
Mother of God...

I, for one, look forward to using our expanded millitary very shortly.

Honestly, we don't know what's going on with him. He's been completely out of contact for some time. Last I heard he had an apartment and a job, though.

Well, I mean, if things are hostile, you better recognize.

Well, their usage of the English language is certainly in the third percentile.

Thank goodness I don't have to yell at Salajol anymore.

Oh good, Planet Bob's 'Do Something About It' group seems to have clustered together very nicely.

If you have a CB for a raid, and you know you'll suffer no repercussions for said raid, why not do it?
-
I'm in, by the way.

I have refrained from posting in this thread because the content has been largely about an issue that is, quite honestly, unimportant in the grand scheme of things.
Imagine a world of pure affluence. Fortunate bliss. You wake up in the morning, and your kitchen staff has prepared you a breakfast fit for a king. Imported Balik salmon, two duck eggs, Oscetra caviar, creme fraiche and mini brioche, you know, the usual. After breakfast, you retire to your study for your after-breakfast tea, only pausing to take in the view over your East garden through the floor to ceiling windows on the balcony. You leave the study, down your marble staircase, and decide to use the steam room in the guest house, because let's be honest the wallpaper in the master suite gets a bit boring, and you are in the mood for a change of scenery. After the morning steam, you are being dressed by your butler only to realize you had completely forgotten that today you had a particularly important date with a fine young lass; let's call her "white girl." You and your driver hurriedly exit your estate, and venture over to your garage where you are presented with the most important of decisions. Sitting before you in the garage bay, are two brand new BMW M5's. One in Silver, one in Blue.Which do you choose?
WHICH DO YOU CHOOSE?
The decision, my good sir, is Unknown.

I'm sorry this happened, NPL. But I'm glad you're going to be with my other friends in Polaris!

Ah, victory. Thou art the finest of companions.

I mean, an alliance with 350 members is supposed to have pretty good natural growth, isn't it? The law of averages, and all that.

Too late, Keeology.

Whoa, where did that growth come from?

It isn't hard for a large alliance to lose score fast at all. If you have 2 people with just 0.1 score leave you already are down 2 goals then say the other side gains 0.1, that puts you down 3 goals. One bad day can give you a loss and a big alliance can have 2 "bad days" in a week. You see where I'm going with this. Simple math shows this group wasn't going to be easy for Polaris and I'm not surprised they are out of it while a small alliance took advantage of the timing and moved on. Not one bit.
Who you calling a 'small alliance'? :P
-
Oh, good, more micros for the meat grinder.

It is very much debatable. However, how well you manage your aid slots or how efficient you are in processing new applicants is irrelevant to the larger question. When all is said and done, your alliance will have made no mark on this world. You are irrelevant. In fact, you are worse than irrelevant. You are on whom embraces their own mediocrity.
Good, good. Let the hate flow through you.
Chris_Kaos or Kevlar, do you know us?

I voted for Kevlar but only because I want MI6 to win everything.
