That nation is a Legion deserter on the target list of the New Pacific Order. You'd be wise to step away from it.

This is like saying LUE is coming back with them.
I'm sure that's part of the surprise.

Joke thread is a joke thread.
OOC: Now why do you say that?

Hail the New Emerald Order ... marching towards a brighter future, Francoism takes hold of the Green Sphere.
-
But ... we can't hug your children with nuclear arms.

Brilliant political \m/ove.
-
This doesn't seem terribly promising.
OOC: Also, Elitist Global Superstructure? Like the Elitist Superstructure of DQN from 4-ch?

Much <3 to Viridia and congrats on being re-sanctioned.

Everyone loves me its just a natural progesion of my lovableness.
* Katsumi shuns Azreal. :jihad:
I also find it amusing that "Eullia" wasn't content with just bashing the NPO, but also had to misbehave here. Some people never learn.

I find this announcement less than savory.

If the game is so boring, then why do I spend *more* time playing it than I ever have in the past? The people who are bored are not trying hard enough.
The fact is, we could be headed into another Unjust War type of situation of ideology split. The Unjust War was a disappointment for two major reasons: Most people hated GOONS and wanted to do anything to be on the side against them, and many of their allies didn't want to be associated with certain people who decided that a ~ alliance leader's personal life was worth bringing into the game.
However, at this time, we still have the "power bloc" but it is by no means unified and in fact there are some serious divisions on the fringes of it and even between halves of it. Like in the Unjust War, nobody really wanted to be anti-NPO, which largely contributed to the fact that it was the first major war that did not directly revolve around NPO. Once these rivalries start to surface more into the open rather than "private channels", I fully expect the huge power bloc to start unwinding based on where alliance loyalties truly lie. And for that reason, I don't think the game is dead but in fact I think we may see the largest war in CN history this year. Do you want to miss that, or are you doing your best to be prepared?

I have a message for FAN: Quitters never win, and winners never quit, but those who never win and never quit are idiots.
As you can see, remaining is not necessarily a good thing.

No. I'd prefer not to have more cake...er...:caek:.

What good is being a senator if you have no one to trade with?
It's a myth that large teams have better trades. Large teams only have competition stealing the trades you're looking for, where big nations buy good trades for themselves while everyone else pretty much has to pray they get lucky. Organisation of trade rings is the only way resources get distributed fairly, and if you can do that, small teams can be much more of a benefit. I almost want to start a yellow or pink team alliance just to prove it can be done, if it wasn't for the fact that I'd miss being in Pacifica too much.

Eventually when it comes down to it, people join alliances because they're noobs, or because they did research trying to find the best one for them. Anyone who joins an alliance based on a recruitment message in-game is more likely in the noob category.

I still want to nuke him.

Why would a communist alliance make such an agreement with a group of ardent right-wingers?
Maybe it's their new policy of Détente?

IRON
Congratulations on the new treaty. And seriously, don't think about wearing that torn shirt in public ...
-
M. Carter Brown still exists? o_O
-
While this is interesting, sign a treaty and I'll be really impressed.

All I have to say is this:
Avalon

The lines are being drawn?

Wow...and I thought the amount of time I spend playing CN is bad.
Good luck with real life, and if you ever feel like you can do it, do come back.

Shout outs to Atrophis and other FAN posters for all the enjoyable debates we've been in, in which they've been wrong of course.
A new day for the Elitist Global Superstructure

Lots of NTO/EGS dramas today. It makes commie drama seem like an improvement.
