Yeah it came to me a little bit after I posted, I haven't thought about that prank video in... well about 8 years lol.

Well, I'm glad my memory served and that I have the right person.

It's striking how dead this place is now, though I suppose I should be surprised that anyone is left at all.

  2. I'll do away with the disingenuous congratulations on peace and fraudulent sportsmanlike well-wishes and---in the interests of actually being authentic---say to NPO that I enjoyed seeing you thoroughly stepped on, but am nevertheless glad to see this war end because the actual combat segment of wars is tedious and repetitive and I can only take so many months of it at a time before I become extremely bored. Have fun with your plotting of revenge.

On a slightly related note, congratulations and best wishes on reconstruction to all and sundry alongside whom my people fought.

  3. Remind me when we refused to help an ally who had been attacked AND responded to its request by attacking the AA that helped said ally? Never.

Yep, that's certainly true, and I don't think Bob was arguing that NoR is even remotely like IRON in this area.

I know TOP feels liberated post-MK but keep it cool, guys.

That's Bob, not TOP. As I'm sure you've noticed, our members are generally free with their personal opinions on here.

Our top 10 were in PM, we have about 50 nations above 10k tech.

That hardly equates to our entire top tier. Although I wouldn't expect you to know what a top tier is, you never really had one to start with.

Also you were the one nation I recall from TLR's top tier who fought majority/all of the war.

One wonders why you would put your entire top 10 in peace mode for the entirety of any conflict, let alone one in which your alliance and its co-combatants had such enormous numerical superiority over the opposition.

  4. Once again, hats off to theTOP/UMB coalition. When you guys win, you crack heads and spill guts and make examples that last for years, you don't leave people with great war chests and the ability to rebuild and roll you in 6 months.

Is it the TOP/Umb coalition, the TOP/Polar coalition, the TOP coalition, or the Polar coalition? You guys really ought to get together and align your conspiracy theories.

  5. So ultimately, top can't win if they refuse to compromise and offer terms that our side feel are not abusive.  Can't win.  Because *top* by their actions are demonstrating they clearly care about their political position and their pixels post war.  You care about tech and status and power over principle.  And that's your Achilles heel.

The agreed-upon strategy of the losing side's leadership appears to be the incessant utterance of mendacious comments about TOP. Flattering, I guess.

  6. hahaha I agree, all us, we're the masterminds behind everything! I think the general consensus around our membership for the terms are disbandment, all leaders are to retire from public faces into GPA. Please be aware part of the terms will also apply to TLR, except in terms of disbanding I'm sure you lads can do that all by yourselves, say hi to rush, I still love him.

To sum up: NPO didn't lose a conventional war (the universe wouldn't allow this!); they've instead simply been the target of an insidious, genius plot!

  7. Farrin has been seriously discussing peace and completely in good faith and his last offer was more than reasonable.  TOP are the ones who are ungrateful victors.  Keeping everyone at war so you could get 9 more days of blood-reps from NPO.  When is enough enough, TOP?  I get the feeling that Farrin could've countered with a offer higher than your offer and you'd have still turned it down and requested even more, lol.  I don't think you are negotiating in good faith and prefer just to keep the war going as long as you can.

Your utter lack of conviction in this is as thoroughly amusing as your attempt to portray yourself and your alliance as staunch moralists at war's start. You know as well as any that your words amount to nothing beyond propaganda.

When everyone else is completely fine with white peace....accept you.  Yes, you will get most of the blame for holding the war up.

You're perfectly aware that this is an untrue claim, and this is obvious to everyone. I therefore question the point of making it at all, especially as there are plenty of folks on hand here to confirm that it's nonsense.

Remember, Steve, what I told you about the substantial divide between your belief in your talent for propaganda and your actual aptitude at same? Well, now you've got another example.

  8. @Crymson: 16k to 1k. You sure didn't prove you deserve to put these terms on us. I practically incinerated your hapless nation. So you definitely didn't earn the right. Every time you assert you have some sort of right to do it, I'm going to remind you of that war.

Oh, SNAP! So what's this to say? Whatever the case, others have quite well pointed out that it's is small consolation to you, as your alliance has thoroughly lost this war.

That said, I'll ameliorate your hillbilly inability to properly analyze the case in question by providing you with some help: first off, in my war against you and two other Pacifican nations, you were without exception the one who nuked me, whereas, of the nations arrayed against you, it was always one other than mine that nuked your nation; second, of those three nations with which I was at war, yours happened to generally be my lowest priority, so the focus not being directed toward you was instead being inflicted upon them; and (accordingly) third, the numbers in my wars against your two compatriots were very much to the other end of the scale. This hardly seems something to gloat over.

Whatever the case, you're celebrating a Cybernations fool's triumph, and I feel somewhat piteous toward you at the brainless joy you've found in it.

  9. I've been playing Cybernations for more than seven years, and I believe this is the first time I've seen the leader of a major alliance take to the OWF to openly grouse about in-process peace terms discussions. \m/ did it, as did, I believe, the original GOONS, but this was because they were given terms that were well in excess of objectively ludicrous.

Ah, well. Bad news, members of Pacifica: you're in the hands of a fool Emperor, one who seems to believe that the universe legitimately owes him better than he's getting.
