It has always been that way.
You only need a secure login for things with your personal information like your bank, email provider, shops and payment services like paypal etc.
Being as your bringing it up now I'm guessing that you're using Firefox which had a update (52) recently which makes it more obvious when you're using unsecure logins.

It is universally good, those that choose not to use the extra capacity are harming themselves not the senators who choose to pass the proposal.

I assume you're talking about Spread the wealth.
Purely on total money for the sphere yes the math supports voting it down but that is just one side of the coin and there are other arguments that can be made.
Don't get me wrong I am not advocating voting it one way or the other but their are compelling arguments either way.

The only one there that is bad is the -1 aid slot, Spread the wealth the wealth can have valid arguments either way.
The Land and environment one is more for people in the middle, if the environment formula were available it would be easier to work out the winners and losers.

I've only ever hit it a couple of times and server reset wasn't far away, 2k clicks is rule is fine but on the other hand the 200 message limit comes into play far more often.

Sometimes but others you end up with worse terms, depends if the winning side has other distractions it wants to get on with.

Do you not realise how low your NS is right now, nations down there are still developing and wars are cheap for them. If you want to fight people with more money then you'll need to buy more infra.

It may not be a marker that accurately reflects all alliances but it is fairly applied to all alliances and is really the only marker available to compare all alliances to.

80-90% of the alliance is consistently active this is shown on the alliance page and considering the number of active members in the alliance puts us in the top 10 pretty regularly (when sorted by activity) I really don't think it is a exaggeration. Your criticising based on a limited view and without comparing to the vast number of alliances on bob.
In the last few days we have setup a discord server and the uptake by the membership joining that server has been much better than IRC but than you wouldn't be able to compare it to IRC as you didn't use it.

We haven't replaced Sigrun, we did replaced hardin and our voting hasn't needed adjusting since. If either Sigrun or TK0Rahl take the 5th seat in this months election we are happy. You seem to be under the impression that the only way we can support Sigrun getting a seat is to directly apply votes and that simply isn't true but I'm not getting into details on what we may or may not do with someone who isn't a member of LPC.

Myself and TK0Rahl were senators before the LPC agreement, TK0Rahl gained a seat with the removal of hardin. When you went inactive your spot was filled by PoSSE's senator.

You tried to add credibility to your opinion by implying you had seen something on our forum that contradicts Junka's claim of being offered his LPCN title, this is a falsehood.
I don't know what your problem is or why you feel the need to attempt to undermine factual events but when you do things like that you are going to get called out on it.

If you start a topic of conversation on our forums someone will always respond, how many response will depend on the topic but generally people aren't interested in talking for talking sake.
ISX is a very active alliance, this can been seen on the alliance page. We have multiple outlets for communication between members, with the forum being one but it is not the preferred tool of communication for many people.
