Article I. Alliance Sovereignty
Both alliances remain sovereign and independent under this arrangement.
Article II. Military Intelligence
Intelligence possessed by one signatory relating to the military security of the other should be shared through secure channels.
Article III. Non-aggression and military defense
Both signatories shall refrain from all acts of military, economic or ideological aggression against one another. Should one signatory come under attack, the other is encouraged to provide military or other forms of assistance depending on the situation.
Article V. Optional Aggression
Should a military offensive be organized by one signatory the other may be invited to participate. Both parties agree to observe sound information security principles and deploy in a disciplined manner when coordinating any military offensive.
Article VI. Cancellation

Supernova X is working better than it ever has done in the past, members are more involved then they used to be and there is far more communication between gov and members.
I personally think your being a bit quick to judge.

That maybe but you put yourself in a leadership position that round and TE is only a couple of clicks away from SE, so I think its perfectly reasonable for me to base your activity level on your contribution to that round. Its not really a slight against you, its just that me and Junka are very active, especially so if a war is taking place.

I played a round of TE with Alexio in Citadel and going off that he's not as active as me and Junka by a long way.
You should also note that Supernova X was born out of a merge between MCXA, LoSS, NSF and GDA so we know from experience how merging goes and what the possible resultant culture clash maybe like. For Atlas to gain what you highlighted as plus points of Supernova X it would take a cultural shift, if what they had in mind is actually absorption then they wouldn't gain those benefits and there would certainly be at least some resistance to that going by some owf posts I've read from atlas members.
For a merge to truly work as a merge then it can't be an overnight thing, it will take work prior to committing and a close relationship built up.

The way the mechanics of foreign aid work is that you can only have aid going between 2 nations once every 10 days, you start with 4 slots and a max limit of 6mill per slot or 100 tech.
Because of this it is normal for deals to be based around how much tech you want to sell for the max cash in a slot (6mill for you), the cash is sent first and you use it to buy the tech which you then send back 10 days later (and again another 10 days later if you agreed to 6/200).

That challenge was less about any desire I have to thump my chest and more that Montezuma post in any thread are low quality bordering on eligible, although props to him with the last one maybe it was because it was shorter that it wasn't hideous to read.

However we value the sovereignty of independent nations highly & use our Senate Position to ensure the political elite can't sanction them out of existence because their actions fall outside the mainstream or bigger side in any war. So we exist to defend the sovereignty of nations to trade with whoever they want. The only ones who were don't tend to get along with us are those who violate the non-aggression principle on a regular basis against the defenseless, then throw a fit if they can't have a nation sanctioned on every single color for opposing them.
However once our sovereignty has been infringed upon, we are free to defend ourselves as we see fit. So can every other alliance or micro out there. Every micro or alliance who gets hit doesn't need need to thank their invader and ask for another.
Walsh is just still upset because I took his members declaring on me with his permission as an act of war & responded as such, when he made clear he approved of the members actions & thought we should just not respond to their obvious acts of war. Since we were a micro with no allies from his perspective, while he had Kashmir, PPO & others backing him.
If your going to post garbage like that all over the place you really shouldn't turn around and complain about Junka's posts.

It's real shame to see this happen, I have no doubt it was a hard decision to make and hope that everyone shows you respect while your members transition.

Just so this clear, the micro bloc itchy is talking about does not include SNX or SCOTLAND and SNX did not create or encourage others to create it.
Our links to it are ODP's with two of its members and the members of the bloc have links to other alliances besides SNX that have an interests in them and want to see them prosper just like SNX does.
Itchy is plainly attempting to destabilize brown team relations further so he can carrying out a vendetta against Jack Layton.
