13k Infra? This pool is about how much Infra you have.

Him, its tough to find a trade guild that needs both rubber and spices. You can still get into a argucutural trade guild though, because they usaly have one extra/not needed reasorce.

You have good improvements, try to get wheat and fish as a reasorce(they are the 2 best recorces in the game, they'll give you +16% citizen count). Loose rubber, and try to get lumber/whater/aluminum/pigs. Right now I have the "Argucultural trade set up" and its working out great.

That sucks, sorry to hear it. Try to get in a guild ASAP if you can. Ant dont complain about 350k bills, I have to shell out 1.4 mil a day in bills...
